I think Assassin's Creed II will be. Personally, I found the first to be an underappriciated masterpiece of modern gaming, and was my Game of the Year in 2007. The sequel looks ten times better, and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

you dont really hear that much for assassins creed 2 like you do with Uncharted 2, and MW2. I guess Ratchet and Clank could be there 2 You're confusing "underrated" with "underhyped" for AC II, and we should wait until how many people love and talk about it 1st.
Little King's Story Demon's Souls is more of an "underappreciated game". it's being praised as one of the best games of this gen dude. And i have a feeling that I'll enjoy AC2 as much as I did with AC1, but tons of ppl are gonna hate it. i personally can't wait for AC2. AC1 was one of my favourite games of this gen.
Empire: Total War, and Halo Wars come to mind; and from what I've heard--Demigod as well, but I haven't played it so it's not entirely fair for me to comment on it.
inFamous, Demon's Souls and Batman are all very much loved. I think the only AAA that could fall under "unerrated" is Big Bang Mini because no one seems to know it exists. I think that Little King's Story and A Boy and His Blob are considerably more underrated than any other AAA titles this gen.
