motorstorm still graphic king

After playin the dirt demo at a friends houuse its a good game and im going to pick it up for the ps3. then i played the forza2 demo again. both of these games are alright but they dont compare graphically to motorstorm. some may say the gameplay is better they are entitled to there opinion. but the fact remains that motorstorm is the still the graphical king of console racing right now. prove me wrong

i didnt like DiRT...however, Motorstorm wasnt amazing either (fun, but had no features at all)

The backgrounds in PGR3 are an afterthought.

PG3 soon to be PGR4 will always have the best looking, most detail backgrounds. Car models good but are lacking something.

Dirt does a good job hiding bad graphics.  in the demo try out the evo and if u fall off to the side u can see bad textures behind the trees.  it does a great job and looks good tooanshuk20002

Forza in first person mode is the best looking racer around.  People really oversell Motostorm's graphics.  The game is Ok but it's definately not great.  People do the same with PGR 3. 

Forza 2 is the best looking racing game overall right now.

Well it def looks like that.  go to teamxboxforums and see other user pics of it and it looks the same, as long as u have a good hdtv with the right settings. 

 

 here is a better comparison.  Both buggies on dirt tracks.

I think Motorstorm has better gameplay AND better graphics than DIRT.MoldOnHold

Not necessarily better car models, but I've noticed the environments are alot better, and the motion effects are sick. Physics wise as well, motorstorm is technicall superior, DiRT looks like a good game, but it just seems like another track racing game, not really an offroad racer.

Tecnical? GeOW is all graphics and nothing under the hood. GeOW is not the BEST game this gen, except graphically.

Gears is the best looking console game to this date, but I agree, Dead rising gets my vote for best console game to date.

No way man, PGR 3 has a poor framerate and isn't even really running at 720p. They did a good job hiding a  flaws in that game. As of now Motorstorm and GTHD are the kings of graphics in racing games.
