it's too obvious, MS didn't releases any decent game on the PC since GeOW , AW was cancelled recently ( they said the experience will be better on x360) ;) .

the major x360 exclusive list include {AW, Fable 3, Halo Reach and Crack Down 2 }>>>>> made by MS and they are pure x360 exclusivs ..........{ME2 and splinter cell: conviction}>>>>> they are 3rd party games and they are PC/x360 games.

seeing MS strategy the last generation, they were releasing most of their gmes on the xbox and the PC, that is not happening anymore, they want PS3 owners to get the x360 for their games, in a way they support x360 more than games for windows, while 3rd partydev. are givingthe PS3 owners the PC versionof their games.

also we shall not forget the piracy but seeing MS actions and steps prove that they believe that many PS3 owners have gaming PCs.

what do you think of this theory???

lol, MS cant win can they. They put games on PC, then people bash the 360 for "lost exclusives" or "lack of true exclusives", yet when they choose not to, they just dont want PS3 owners to play? lmao. Simply OWNING a PC doesnt mean you can play PC games.

Video Games has always been business first, always will be. Everyones out there trying to make money, EVEN Sony & Nintendo, not just MS. This is BUSINESS more than anything else. Nobody really favors the people.

Well that's obvious. PC gaming is relying on small, unknown developers and modders while Microsoft just releases the OS, says "Go nuts", and then leaves to go promote the Xbox. And really, this formula is working pretty well.

It's not unusual that Microsoft releases games exclusively to the Xbox 360, at first - Halo, Gears of War, et cetera were all originally Xbox exclusive. What is strange is that there has been no word of any PC ports of Gears of War 2, Halo 3 or Fable 2. Microsoft has probably determined that the 360 still has a healthy lifespan ahead of itself, and the additional PC sales that would be generated by a port do not outweigh the imperative to keep content exclusive. I assume Gears of War and Halo 2 sold pretty poorly on PC.

Whatever the case, it's true... Microsoft Games Studios has effectively gone console-exclusive since 2008.

...or maybe *gasp* the devs don't wanna waste time porting and stick to one console to maximize sales. Since SW doesn't exist in real life. Not every game is out to destory the other console you know

How does sticking to one console maximize sales?

Reduce development time and costs, potentially... but these games are likely created and designed on the PC first. I'm not convinced that Games for Windows ports would take an exceeding amount of effort. Releasing the game on PC would naturally maximize software sales by reaching two different audiences...

I think they simply don't want to. It's console promotion - promoting the 360 version, promoting 360 hardware sales. And also, to a lesser degree, piracy issues on PC which make it a less appealing platform for developers.
