You can always count on System wars to misunderstand what was said.:lol: Voice control won't be available for use in the dashboard at launch. Games will still use voice control. Obviously there first has to be a dashboard update in order for the voice functionality to work on the dashboard. MS probably has not finalized everything going into the update.

Well hopefully by the time I get it they have a patch for it so that it can be enabled atleast. It just seems like all this stuff that they spoke so highly of that this thing was going to deliver is now not going to do so. Pretty disappointing.

You have to realise that removal of Other OS is no different then MS bricking thousands of units. It's an effort to combat piracy. For that reason I support it, I never used the feature because a computer is faster and easier anyways. But I understand why some people would be angry over it as well.

There will be voice command at launch but just in English. Meh still dosen't make me want to buy it.

Its not a necessary feature to enjoy kinect since kinect is mainly about games. And your still getting the feature just not on launchbigboss5ak
