So you saying as many gamers with a 360 will buy halo 3 as many gamers with a ps3 will buy gta 4. Thats the dumbest comment ive heard in a while. For gta to have a chance of double sales the ps3 and ms would have the same fan base, OR gta  sale like crap on the 360 and great on the ps3. Lets say sony gets 2 mill in the us and ms gets 6 mil in the us. For gta 4 to 'double" sales it has to sale the same amount on my system. Lets say a million for each system. Thats 1/2 of the ps3 base while thats 1/6 of the 360. As of today sony has 1.3 million in the us while ms has 5.4 mil in the us. Halo 3 is looking for beat halo 2 record of 2.4 sold in the first day. Its gonna be hard for gta to double its sale by releasing it on both system.

umm.....just throwing this out there but September is supposed to be the month we get Heavely Sword, Ratchet and Clank, Warhawk and Killzone 2....or has that changed?

I know Sony delays everything, so I have no faith in this month that way either....but regardless of how awesome it's going to be playing Halo 3 on my 360....I think it's fair to say my PS3 may be actually up and running in September as well. That is, if I haven't burned it out playing Lair by that time....

And that's just the titles that we are certain about. There are many other Q3 releases, as well as Arcade releases that aren't pinned down to a month, just a quarter. So it's looking like a strong month. Then again, the Xbox 360 is doing consistently well every month.

EA won't release Crysis in September. They will wait until November.

I don't think it will outsell Halo 3.  Halo games sold 6.5 and 7.9 million on the Xbox, while the GTA games sold 2.2 and 1.9 million.  Which should mean that Halo 3 should outsell GTA by over 3 to 1 on the 360.

Of course if you add the PS3 sales and combine them with the 360, it might have a chance.  But considering how bad the PS3 is selling and how little user base it has, it might not catch Halo 3, at least for a while.

Regardless, Halo 3 will be the biggest seller on the 360, that's for sure.

BUGNIE COULD JUST RELEASE THE PC VERSION OF HALO 2 ON X360 AND CALL IT HALO 3 AND IT WOULD STILL SELL MILLIONS, ANYTHING WITH HALO ON IT SELLS LIKE CRAZY
