kotaku had a chance to kick it with the folks at MS about PS-AS and this is what they had to say..they have no intention of trying to mimmick a successful major game on another platform just to gives the playbase a 1st party clone of a game they can likely get somewhere else.. done better. while he hasnt played it himself (and likely never will till after launch) he rails on it for being unorigional, uninnovative, garbadge. they want their 1st parties to make origional content not clones

Can't really see the charm of a MS Super Smash Bros title - though what MS if MS does want another fighter to add to the 360's roster, they should buy the rights to Powerstone or revive Killer Instinct. Though, at this point, I imagine MS would just ruin two awesome franchises.

yeah and? Halo 4 is a XBL money cash in for MS and nothing more. They need at least one of these games every year to ensure they can continue to get free money from people paying to play games on their system online. What else are they tring to make? Oh,Another gears...at the end of the year once again in 2013? MS only puts out XBLA and kinect games in the mean while...

it was super innovative really, but best observed in part 1, in 2 they kind of lost their way...but they shouldn't have ditched the franchise. I would have been a fan of this if it had been released for 360. The time mechanics had so much room for exploration and I loved the art and feel of the game...but this is another game MS doesn't have an interest in making.
