PS3 version also suffers from a dipping framerate, as low as 15fps in some instances according to Digital Foundry.

I owned and played the PS3 version and I was fine with it, but it was known to be of lesser quality than the 360 version.

And Fallout 3 looks better on 360...

It's been proven multiple times that Fallout 3 on PS3 is inferior to the 360 version. Denying it won't make it any less true.
