Bank on some sort of new edition of the game with extra features, modes, characters, etc, etc. That is what I am waiting on.Blackjack9288Has Capcom done that with a versus title before?
Both Street Fighter 4 and Blazblue have pretty good netcodes (espeically Blazblue)I cant think of a single fighter that has good online play. The genre damands percision timing and thats just not possible on even the best connection. SF4, SSBB and SCIV are god awful online.

Yep, i'm agree, if you think BB online is anything like Soul Calibur IV online then it's obvious that either you have a horrible conection or that you don't own BlazBlue and even SF4 online is good.
[QUOTE="finalfantasy94"]capcom should be slaped for not having spectator mode.

Ryota dishes some info on the spectator system, among other things. Ryota: "We threw in all the elements including ranking match, free match, rankings and the lobby, but we couldn't add in a spectator mode. 4Gamer: "Was it because of technical issues?" Ryota: "That's correct. This title is a 3-on-3 and the game speed is very fast, so the volume of communication data is larger than in SSF4. Even if we added in all those kinds of systems, they'd be no good if the matches were full of lags. 4gamer: "Looking at it from the outside, we'd assume that throwing in the mode would have been easy since you guys have already done that in SSF4, but it's apparently not." Ryota: "No. But I thought so in the beginning too (laughs)." You guys have no idea what is going when it comes to game development. This would be so much easier to believe if there wasn't another fast paced 2d 3 vs 3 game with Marvel vs Capcom in the title that plays perfectly fine online and has a spectator mode. What Im wondering is, even though Super Street Fighter 4 has so many features in its multiplayer(spectator mode, replay channels etc etc) that Marvel vs Capcom 3 doesnt have most if not all the modes SF IV had (besides the traditional ranked and non ranked matches)

Plus, it's Capcom. They're the same company, with hundreds of people working on game teams, that said the resources required to make HD sprites were so high that's it's impossible to do... yet companies with 10s of people and like 10% the resources of Capcom are able to do it like it's nothing. Capcom has a habit of saying things are technically impossible.
[QUOTE="CAlNlAC"][QUOTE="LastRambo341"] They never said its IMPOSSIBLE. You have more things that are going on the screen than on MvC2. Its just a harder task to do but I'm sure they'll add it. After all, during the game's development when they found out about these issues, so they resorted to finishing the game first THEN adding the mode later due to the amount of work needed, similar to Frank West's case.LastRambo341
Thats part of my problem with the game I guess. I love the gameplay don't get me wrong but the way Capcom has handled this is just ridiculous in my opinion. I mean the game was supposed to come out sometime this month originally I believe but instead of completely finishing the game first and releasing it then they move the release date up a month and ship us a somewhat incomplete game to possibly be patched later if we're lucky but more likely to be added later via paid DLC.
Sorry, but I wanna play the game as soon as possible. Some of us appreciate to play a game when it's actually FINISHED. We're patient people and we can wait for a product to be finished. Not released with horrible netcode, horrible nickle & diming with DLC with day 0 DLC, horrible online features, bare-bones single player...for all at FULL PRICE. I'm sorry but this move makes Crapcom look like a total donkey d****. There is no excuse for it, they messed up...knowningly... Time to wait for a Super Marvel vs. Crapcom that fixes these things...again purchasable at full price.[QUOTE="LegatoSkyheart"]
I don't think Capcom has EVER made a SUPER version of their vs Capcom Games.

I owe you this answer, because it was actually you who showed me!!!
Tatsunoko vs Capcom Cross Generation of Heroes
Tatsunoko vs Capcom Ultimate All Stars
LOL, That is not an example! The first one was a Japanese version exclusive The 2nd one had to be modified such as removing 1 character for licensing issues and add online mode.Ryota dishes some info on the spectator system, among other things. * MvC2 had a terrible netcode as well. Please don't compare a DIGITAL sprite-based 2D fighter to a BlueRay/DVD 3D-modeled 2D fighter. I already gave you those quotes and it CANNOT be argued. * Its not impossible, its just time consuming[QUOTE="LastRambo341"][QUOTE="CAlNlAC"]Sorry, but I wanna play the game as soon as possible. (1) Almost all current gen fighters have horrible netcodes. Please don't complain about OPTIONAL $5-$10 DLC lol. How are the online features horrible?? Shadow Mode is bad? Single player is good.
(2) They didn't mess up, you guys just complain without valid reasoning. There will not be Super MvC3, you can quote me on this because everything will be made digitally. Sure they made SSF4, but all of the content was too much to be added for DLC, so that why they had to make a $40 (Not full price) SSF4 game.

Also, how does sprites vs 3d models have any effect on the amount of data that's being transferred when playing online? That's too futuristic...only $2000 PC's and a godlike developers like the Witcher 2 devs would be able to do that  I mean, it's like it has never been done before...right...? Would be too complicated for Capcom

The characters probably have that size and maybe they look very simple, i mean, you aren't suggesting that they are already on the disc right? that would be shameful and greedy on Capcom's side...

It wouldn't be the first time Capcom has done that before. I'm pretty sure two new characters would take up more than just 100kb.[QUOTE="madsnakehhh"][QUOTE="jasonharris48"]Oh wow I wonder why?
