Didn't buy the first pack and am definitely not buying this.
I got tired of MW2 and it's broken multiplayer. Too bad the tools will buy this crap and it will sell millions.
[QUOTE="DragonfireXZ95"][QUOTE="urdead18"] Are you really telling me what games I like and what games I should play?urdead18If you're playing crap like Modern Warfare 2, then yes, you should take that into account. :P The game is awesome. I recognize a few balancing issues but if you're good you can kill noob tubers before they get the shot off anyway. By the way, I have 50+ hours on Killzone 2 and around the same on Bad Company 2. I have 5 days on kz2 mp. Dont know why people thought it was wack when it really was just overshawdowed by W@W and Cod4..

Loved it though. One of my favourite games this gen.
Can't wait to get some info on Killzone 3 from E3.

Hopefully a prestige system. Or atleast more leves. Back on topic... If they bring back 2 maps from cod4. I am 110% not buying the map packthis i thought for sure they where gonna raise the price up to $20.I'm surprised they're not charging more for this DLC. They can obviously get away with it.
Slashkice
It's all about network effects.
People will buy the DLC if they think that their friends are buying the DLC also.
But, eventually, people will stop buying DLC.
The_Capitalist
Exactly, poeple buy CoD for its online and if theys ee their friends bought it they will buy it and so on..i bought the first one on PSN because all my friends got it :P, hopefully i dont buy the second one, pretty sure i wont seeing im too busy now with other games
Well it seems the first dlc sold well enough, and I am sure this will sell as well, can you blame them, dont buy it if you dont like it. Believe it or not some people like this game and dont mind buying new maps. Some how everyone that posts here on GS is too cool for this game.

The MW2 fanbase plays only MW2. Those $30 they'll spend will give them more entertainment than they would spending it on something else. Afterall, this game is created for people who don't like their FPS games to take skill. Oh wait, nevermind, that's every FPS nowadays. I feel sorry for fans of FPS games, be prepared for $20 map packs for Halo Reach and Killzone 3.

Try playing TF2 (PC) as a spy with your FPS mindset. That is true skill bud....[QUOTE="urdead18"]

Killzone 2 wasn't that great, although maybe I just couldn't get into it because I hate using controllers with FPS games. It seemed like it would be alright with a mouse and keyboard.
MW2 just sucks. Horrible balance issues, people abusing the same perks/weapons the whole time that overpower everything else, glitches happening way too often, kill streaks that just make it frustrating, and the death streaks are a stupid idea too.
So let's see, that's like a total of 90 bucks for this game including the DLC? Insane.siLVURcrossMight as well just play an MMO, something that'll actually take up the amount of time = to the amount of money you sink into it.

If you say so, not everyone likes tf2, I couldnt get into it. Why not? I think because I came in so late, I never really knew what was going on and got owned all the time. Im not saying the games sucks, just that not everyone likes or can get into it. I guess it didnt draw me in and make me want to spend the time to get good, if that makes any sense.[QUOTE="DragonfireXZ95"]Why do people keep buying this? It's things like this that made me lose my faith in humanity. :(urdead18People buying DLC for their favourite games make you lose faith in humanity? Can't tell if you're serious or not. I said things like this... not just people buying overpriced DLC. Everything people do out of pure stupidity is included in this, including assuming things. :P

The heavy can take serious amounts of pain and still own, while the engy is all about building turrets defensivly. Both have advanced tactics but are pretty simple to start with. Then it goes Soldier then Pyro for next easyist. SPy is by far the hardest (imo) and your almost never going past your KD ratio (i did for the first time last night, and stayed alive for 10 min :)).Advid-Gamer
