lol either the TC has poor judgement, or he has very sly friends.

I know what my friends are like, and I don't choose to keep company with people, who I might hang around with but do stuff like that. Anyway, I have my doubts too. If it is true you could (depending on which western continent you are currently in); sue, or smash their faces in. I would at least bill one of them for it.
