[QUOTE="chikenfriedrice"]agreed, someoen can't take care of their consoles.... Mine broke once, and it was my fault. Wow, some people need to count the math. He said he got the thing at launch which was November of 2005, were coming upon a 4 year period and it broke 5 times within those 4 years. That's about once every year, not 5 in a year, and I don't think it was user error5 with in a year? sounds like user error for the most part
Tobin09
lol.. 5 since launch. youd better not treat your ps3 as badly as youve obviously treated those poor white boxes.thirdykal
how many have you had fail?
4? 3?
you can thank microsoft for that.
[QUOTE="Rockman999"]Ever heard of the public library?I'm sure there is a computer he could use. That depends, what if he registered or made an account with that specific xbox and had Live on it. Either way this is completely irrelevant to this topic. I think the OP should open the xbox, take a huge dump in it, put it back together, and then send it into where they do maintenance. Those techs will get a nice surprise.Eww this reminds me of the time when my cousin would go into random chinese restaurants, ask if he could use the bathroom, take a number two in the bathroom sink and then casually walk out.lol what a sick dude but funny times.[QUOTE="STurn21"]
Get IP tracked.
Go to jail or get sued in a civil case.
Profit?

[QUOTE="gregbmil"]Yeah, I have a problem with my Xbox. With you liking A-holes and all I say you have a problem with you sexuality8) Oh I see what you did dar! Very clever, but further proves my initial point. 8) I pity your kid, if he even exists.[QUOTE="xsubtownerx"] Nah I'm good. But I think you might. Based on your stories. 8)xsubtownerx
how old id the broken 360? how long ago did you buy it? because e74 is covered by 3 years now, so unless your console was bought more than 3 years ago, it's covered under warranty and MS would not have charged you anything, and 5 xbox's? either you are extremely unlucky or you don't know how to take care of your hardware.I just got the E74 error. To make a long story short Microsoft wants $120 to fix it. I've been though 5 xbox's since launch and none of them lastest more than a year. So I'm not paying $120 a year to get it fixed.
This could not of happend at a better time because.
1. I'm not playing anything on the 360 right now
2. It's only a week away from my son's 10th birthday
3. The PS3 just dropped to $300
4. My wife is about to get a $3,000 loan check from her school in a few days
It worked out perfectly, she even told him she's gonna get my son a PS3 for his birthday. LOL, so now it's a sure thing. Can't wait!!!!
Just to let you guys know, my son really, really wants a PS3 it's just that we had the Xbox and a Wii. So we told him that was enough game systems but now that the 360 is broken we have a good reason to get him one now.
I'm almost glad it broke, and it was perfect timing!!

pawn shops are selling ps3s for 199. wouldnt pay more then that for one. if i had a system brake every year.
1. go to ebay 2. make fake account 3. sell xbox 4. run with the money 5.????? 6.PROFIT!!11!!wakano
Taking advice from gnomes isn't a smart business move. Trust me, I've tried it :?
5 systems broke in 3 years.
you say you had to get it fixed every year? your story doesnt add up. im not buying it at all.
1. your either the kid that really wants a ps3 in your story. and just keep braking your family`s 360.
ps happy tenth birthday greg;)
I don't get why these PS3 fanboys always pretend they have a wife and kid. XD Is this like in the sony fanbook? You can tell by the style of your writing that you're immature and while that's not a fool proof way of detecting someones age or if they have children it's a bit of a give away on here that I'm dealing with a child and not an adult and that just leads me to think you're lying.
Which you are. As was proven by you posting a similiar topic the other day.
Whats to pretend? Did you know the average gamer according to statistics is 35 years old? Did you know many of us gamers were around when the NES first came out? Some were even chunkin around with Atari's when they were not even kids. Your assumption is based off nothing! Doing a google search on the OP's name shows in multiple places that he is 47 years old and is into gaming, torrent sites, myspace and long romantic walks on the beach... ok I made that last part up. Furthermore, everyone I have found using your username is around or under the age of 20, two people use it actually. One a teen and one 21 year old from the UK.. Considering your Sig, i would say you are the guy from the UK. I also find it ironic that you dub the OP a fanboy for his 360 breaking, when you have Playstation accounts all over the place. From what simple internet research i have done (it takes no more than 3 minutes), you are more of a playstation fanboy than he could ever be.I don't get why these PS3 fanboys always pretend they have a wife and kid.
