there jsut people like me - if i paid for something, like a ps3, computer, tv,etc i wud be pissed. if my pc kept on crashing and nobody cud fix it 100% then i wud just go and get a new one. im not going to spend my time thinking about what my pc is going to do. theres nothing bad about having so much love for something that you dont mind what happens to it as long as it gets fixed - im just not like that, and im sure alot of other ppl arnt as well. what happens when the warranty expires? its gonna happen at some point.
I don`t know what is worse, being without your console for a week or having a constant buggy online. Buy a PS3 and see for yourself. Whatever you do, stay away from the Wii.
PS3 is more like Xbox 360 than the wii is. Im prefer the Wii, but if you enjoyed your x360 and its type of games, PS3 is the right decission because wii has another offer in games... Playing right now: Manhunt 2
A ps3 if you want 90% of your exclusives to be shooters, and wii if you want lots of variety in your gaming.

Lots of variety? Since when does shovel ware count as variety? Get a PS3 if you actually want to play games that are fun and don't make your eyes hurt. Get a Wii only if you're absolutely nuts over Super Smash Bros.
Yeah, that's the reason I didn't want a 360. I'm not patient and I get pissed off if my Hardware fails. The way I looked at it, Sony's a Hardware expert, Microsoft is a Software master... but I'd rather buy awesome Hardware and get Software upgrades because I'm in it for the long run, than get awesome Software only to have the Hardware fail on me! So yeah get a PS3, so far it's done aight!

Poor kid. When I was very young (like 2-3 years old) I used to cry when balloons pooped. I used to think they died XD I can imagine how he is with the Wii.
I say get a PS3, strong line-up and you will get to play the multiplat games from Xbox.
I already have all three systems. But play the Wii more offten. There is more games that we can play as a family on the Wii. Heck my son is getting like 8 Wii games for Christmas and I am getting 2.
far superior?? Come on now if anything they are about the same in a year where almost every game is multiplat. Nether of the 2 systems are really that much better than the other. Well PS3 got MGS4 and LBP but the 360 beat the PS3 in JRPGS.
360. You have to send off to get a new one anyway unless you're just going to throw all that money down the drain when you can still send of and get a free one. Then I suppose you could sell it, but what's the point? The new 360's have such a low chance of RRoD it shouldn't matter.
