The majority of X360/PS3 games are not sub-HD! It's only a small minority, which happens to include a few very high-profile titles.

the 360 has more high scoring exclusives than the ps3. it has as many non-shooter high scoring exclusives as the ps3 does total exclusives.

i think that the better 360 games are pc/360 multiplats its kinda like would u rather have

360/pc - mass effect 1 and 2, l4d1 and 2, splintercell convitcion

360- halo 1,2 ,3, odst, reach, crackdown, gears

That 2% is what the majority of people plays, as opposed to the rest of the ENTIRE 360 library. That's why people take notice.

What!?!?!? Multiplatform games are usually (like 95% of the time) bettter on PC. Even if the graphics are barely optimized for the PC, you still have higher resolutions, not limited to 30 or 60 FPS, more AA, mouse/keyboard, mods, $49.99 instead of $59.99 (and a few cases where the PC game is $39.99. Most recently Dark Void), and not having to pay to play online.

How can you possibly think that a console will get better games than PC?

yup, exclusives don't hold much weight this gen, it's better to just compare overall libraries

I was thinking the same thing that even if the same game was on console that the pc version would still be better.

I hate this obsessive/misinformed understanding that games on PC need to be run by 'high-end' pc. For people who would like to start gaming on PC, buy a tower (either pre-built or custom built) worth no more than £500.

Buy 5 games my list would be: Myth 2 (or any Myth), Deus Ex, Diablo 2 (or 1), Sanitarium and Theif (or Black and White). You will be sorted for at least a year. That price PC will play more games at adequate settings. Still should look better than the same games on 360.

To start PC gaming is just as easy as console gaming.

Give him a year then. :P One thing everyones forgetting in this comparison is the quality of said games involved. As far as my head can work out it stands that the majority of decent 360 titles are also available on the PC while this is not true for the PS3.jwsoul

Started factoring in the decent games (A or better), only finished on the PS3 so far. X360 has way more reviewed games so it takes a bit longer to do. :P
