Comfortably sit four people multiplayer online or off.
I've done the four people sitting around a desk taking turns at a keyboard thing. Was horrible.

If you want to have a long game, get couple wireless mouses, hook up your PC to TV and play Heroes of Might and Magic with friends. One game will take whole day. Already in singleplayer one game can take hours. That's not a bad thing though.
6) You guys don't get an accessible or easy to enjoy split-screen mode.
5) You guys require a lot more equipment to move when doing a LAN party.
4) You guys can't enjoy a 65" screen in HD.
3) You guys can't use PCs as Home Theater mediums (i.e. DVD, games, HD disc, etc)
2) You have to upgrade to play better looking games.
1) You can't entertain guests with PCs.

...Ok you PC gamers are beating around the bush. Without any mods a PC can't do certain things a Console can do. Of course a PC can do everything with mods, Heck, anything can do everything with mods. This thread fails because no matter what you console gamers say, a PC gamer will beat around the bush and find alternate, harder, more of a hassle way it can be done on the PC, which isn't fair. This should go by DEFAULT! capabilities. No mods because like i said before, if thats the case, i can mod my psp to play super mario, but that in NO WAY! means that the DS is can't do what a PSP can do. But for the sake of this thread, i'll give it a whirl.
a PC gamer can't buy a game, run home, and play the game BEFORE installation, where as a console gamer, can go home, play the game within seconds.
a console game doesn't need a CD key to play online, where a PC does need to use it online (single player dont count)
a PC doesn't have rumble (like the other posters have stated) and like you used in the arguement, a pc can use a rumble controller, BUT! if thats the case then why play PC in the first place?

So in otherwords, you areent allowing the PC to use its greatest strength, its flexibility. nice.
