God damn it. So all we are gonna do is make vehicles and complete objectives? How does the created vehicle handle cuz even though the game has lots of vehicle customizations it will all be useless if the handling isnt that good.

And here is Banjo not in a vehicle, for all you whiners out there:

I've never played a Banjo game before, but from what I'm hearing this is the Fallout 3 for Banjo fans.

Quite frankly, it looks like a fantastic game in is own right.

It's got Nintendo fan Willy105's big seal of approval if that's any indication :P

And to all the people crying over the vehicles. This is a next gen game. The world is huge. You can walk all you want, but i ain't got time for that!

This looks so crap using cars was such a stupid idea im looking forward to the xbla original release though.

looks okay, but i would have preferred a traditional platformer .. here's hoping we'll get another some day

back to banjo 3, a lot of things look needlessly complicated

like getting a jiggy, then having to go back to the world exit, then taking the jiggy from a dispenser, and then putting it in the jiggy bank

plus, being harrassed by the cops doesn't sound too fun

hopefully it's easy to replay challenges straight after an attempt though .. that'll help with the flow of the game

Am I the only one that thinks nothing is bad with the vehicle thing? I think its a good change, and the vehicles seem simple enough for anyone to just quickly put together and get throughthe game.sargentbotk

There is plenty of traditional platforming in the hub world, which in itself is the size of all of banjo tooie. Bringing the same Banjo game from 10 years ago and fanboys like you would just tell everyone how its so outdated. I understand you're upset because you can't play this on your system, but get over it. You can get a new 360 for $199 nowadays anyway so stop crying.

Has it ever occured to you, patrick, that people in this thead think this will be great for reasons other than it being a 360 exclusive? I'd actually bet money that you think it will flop just because its a 360 exclusive.

Anyway, to address all the non fanboys: I think this is the 360's answer to Little Big Planet. I'm not venturing to say which one will be better (though I prefer how LBP's looking---that doesn't matter though, because this looks awesome too. I'd buy something like this over a new Ratchet game any day of the week and twice on Sundays), I'm just saying that this will be there for the 360 owners that are into creative platforming.

I heard Banjo's moves have been taken away and replaced with vehicles. So we will see.

this game looks pretty weak

looks like there's about 5 minutes of platforming and the rest is jsut fetch quests in vehicles from Banjo pilot. AA at best
