New console graphics king coming? The Magic of Halo 4 (56k Get Out)

Yup halo 4 will be console graphics king at least until crysis 3 releases on consoles next year. But just the fact that I'm mentioning it next to crysis 3 just shows how great a job 343 has done with halo 4. But seriously the gameplay footage we've seen looks clean unlike u3 which can be jaggilicious and very pixelated. Yes kz3 looks good but again the game doesn't look as clean compared to the gameplay footage in halo 4. Seriously kz3 looks like a mess some times with jaggies all over the place (lol at that jungle scene which looks TERRIBLE) and some terrible looking textures. And why do people continue to hype god of war that only looks good because of boss battles. It has jaggies, poor AF and looks unimpressive when you pan away from Kratos. Trust me I played the game and outside of boss battles it doesn't look that good. I never understood why people called god of war 3 visuals inconsistent. Now I see why. Seriously Halo 4 is already making the Cartoony visuals in WhoFarted 3 and TLOU look dated. Just too cartoony looking and looks messy. Yes they look good but what 343 is doing is taking it to the next level. By the way halo 4 is doing this with big expansive battles unlike the camera-restricted god of war 3 or the corridor shooter known as kz3 or the blockbuster movie of WhoFarted 3 Lol at cows in full damage control with their knee-jerk reactions. Why so sensitive? Don't be scared. Remember it's not just about the visuals so at least you cows can still rely on deep ps3 gameplay experiences and features...oh wait....greensand24

This is true, Halo doesn't need and never needed to be graphics king to be good. It's SW who makes things that way. If it's not top tier graphics they feel like it's sub standard

Halo stopped having terrible animations with Halo Reach. The animation fidelity is being raised higher with Halo 4.

Every single one of those shots were from cutscenes. And the messed up thing is that because the game has to fit on a DVD all of those cutscenes are gonna be grainey and washed out.

Halo is the best console exclusive fps.... 343 seems to be doing Halo right.

Also it looks pretty damn nice, graphically.... I'm impressed that a console built for release in 2005 can produce such graphics.

I'm sooooo pumped to see what next gen will bring us.

I agree with this for the most part but I dunno, I think Halo 4's bullshots are up there with the bullshots I saw for The Last of Us but I get what you're saying about the scale. Halo has always been most impressive in terms of its scale and I have to say, the set pieces 343 is working with for Halo 4 look pretty impressive.

Total HD Twin fanboy circle jerk in here. This games looks 'Meh' from what I have seen, to many times has Halo been hyped for its graphics and then ended up looking like crap. Will wait till I experience the graphics for mysel first handf before trusting any screenshots.

Looks worse than Crysis 1 PC. Halo 4 does not look good enough to be console graphics king. I really don't understand how people can fool themselves into thinking this looks better than U3.

Nothing else on consoles beats it in the graphical department, so I assume this assertion is true.
