I just started Chapter 6. :( Chapter 5 was intense with the Regenerator yeah i remember when he started chasing me, and was sprinting my ass out while running past crap load of monsters. Games amazing Yep. The best Horror game out on the market IMO.[QUOTE="SparkyProtocol"][QUOTE="DaViD_99"] Ok thanks. Dead Space was fantastic. Gotta replay it.DaViD_99
2) They completely misinterpreted the meaning of "lust" in the context of Hell.
3) I can easily see this game getting slapped with an AO rating and receiving huge backlash from the Christian community.foxhound_fox
Yes, I agree. I read an English translation of Dante's Inferno and "lust" and the game interpretation is just wrong.
I personally think that only a small minority of Christians would take issue of this game. Most will be indifferent to it.

Their interpretation isn't completely wrong, in practice, what they said is wrong though, they said the punishment is to never be able to have the loved one, when in the the book (or w/e you want to call it) the punishment is being blown around in the wind, not being able to control your physical actions, and so their in game interpretation is slightly off by including people stuck in the ground. Regardless it still looks very good.

Oh well. It is still a "good" punishment.Looks very brilliant, one thing I hate about these games is nudity, you know I wouldn't be able to play this game in front of my little brothers :P BTW, is this game coming for PC?
EDIT: on a second thought, the gameplay is average, the atmosphere is what makes it look amazing. I'll wait for a gameplay trailer to see how far they have gone with the gameplay.

If GoW 3 doesnt get an AO rating, then I doubt this game will, unless the ESRB is smoking crack. But I agree with your comments regarding the Fundamentalist Christian community, but then again, when are they not pissed off ? :P

The ESRB just needs to look at videogames for what they are: artwork.
Nudity and suggestive themes aren't a problem in other types of visual arts. -_-;;
