Untill i see this game running with no aliaising i wont believe it will look quite this good. GT5 had bullshots like this and when prologue came out it was aliaised to hell. Still looked amazing, but not as good as it's prior shots. I have a feeling this will go the same way.
Ever since Forza 2 I've been sold on the idea that Forza is by far the superior product.... but then, I haven't played GT5 yet, so we'll have to wait and see.
If GT5 doesn't have as robust a customisation options list as Forza, then it will automatically lose again for me, no matter how good the graphics and driving physics are...

you go with your ONE source and I'll stick to EVERY single review of Forza2 where nothing but praise was sung about how incredible the driving physics was in that 2+ year old game. Have you ever played Forza or better yet, have you even driven a real car yet? :|You mean the same Top Gear that has a licensing deal with Sony/PD?[QUOTE="PBSnipes"][QUOTE="nyctota"]

There's nothinng wrong with showing off a game (best sim racer is opinion, I personaly disagree)..But their comments are meant to be taken with a grain of salt since..you know, they're getting paid to say it. Sorry but this is Gamespot's forums. Gamespot's word means the most around here. If you try to tote other sites reviews then please, do it on the other site's forums.
I'd also like to say that, if you're so big into the "realism" of driving cars why do you even bother playing games? Go drive your cars.
You never know. The Xbox 360 does have 10 mb's of Dram for bascally "free" 2x anti-aliaising for most games. Since Forza 3 looks to be completely overhauled in the graphics department, it certainly could have at least 2x AA implemented.Untill i see this game running with no aliaising i wont believe it will look quite this good. GT5 had bullshots like this and when prologue came out it was aliaised to hell. Still looked amazing, but not as good as it's prior shots. I have a feeling this will go the same way.

Yeah we can. In the world of Test Drive Unlimitedyou forza fanboys are way to overexcited about graphics in forza..if gt5 would have only a poor 8 cars on track it would make real life look ugly.nyctotaOMG that's the most redicoulous damage control i've ever seen....did you know that having 8 cars on the tracks is called design choice?is not a technical limitation like you're trying to say...the original Forza for the xbox had 8 cars on the track too,if turn10 wanted they could easily increase the numbers of cars, but why do it if 8 works good enough?

they must have been looking at some dull racing on tv
turn 10 just wanted to try to look as good as gt5p graphic wise but they would have a better chance of putting 4 cars on track

You're wrong in so many levels that you can't even back up your claims, you're jealous of Forza 3 otherwise you wouldn't be posting here..time to move and accept that GT5 has competition and a hard one to beat. Please Log In to post.
