New Game Informer Shows Wii Shovelware

I thought Nintendo only cared about quality not quantity...wheres the quality ?

That was before their Wii success. Theyve now turned their backs on their true fans and just want market share. Why do u think i sold my Wii even tho i was a nintendo fanboy from the NES era and bought a Ps3? Atleast the PS3 has good games.

i never saw any M&M racing in the top 50 best selling games for any month.

also, please dont bring in any personal experience in sales when you try to make a point. your experience does not equate to the rest of the industry.

I'd love to see all this proof that people are actually buying shovleware. Shovleware on the wii have terrible sales numbers.

And remeber, carnival games does not count as shovleware, it's actually half decent. But barely anyone here has played it, so what the F do they know? The sole place to give CG a fair review was gametrailers.

whether it's taken as 3% of all games (This Gen) rated above 90 are on the Wii, or 3% of all Wii games are rated above 90 it doesn't make sense. Unless it's the percentage of games that are rated above 90 since the stats started being recorded. Does this include PC?

At this point these are just numbers that don't really represent anything but the presence of a definable trend. There are **** games on all consoles, and the Wii happens to have a higher percentage, not more shovelware, just a higher ratio.

In anycase, it doesn't change the outcome, the 360 has the most Shovelware apparently, however the Wii has the highest ratio of Shovel-Awesome.

Now even though the above listed titles are not all exclusives, NONE of them can be found on the Wii... what can ?

Well there ya' go theres a brief list of some popular decently high rated games on each system, gee aside from the PS3 having the slightly larger list of popular titles, i wonder which gaming list posted here screams out whoa cool games and which screams out, tell your 5 year old to play with me already....take a wild guess Wii boys...so get your shovels because the rest of your titles might as well be burned or buried with the rest of the worlds garbage.
