New Gameplay Footage of White Knight Chronicles

The movie that was announced earlier tonight has been launched. It isn't a trailer, but rather a 15 minute video tour of the Level-5 office with a sneak peek of some single player and online action. The movie really shows off the transition between fighting as the regular characters and then transforming into the White Knight to take on the colossal boss characters.

White Knight Chronicles is due out on December 25 in Japan. While this PS3 exclusive RPG hasn't been announced for western territories yet, expect it out sometime by mid-2009.

Sweet, now we have some sort of idea when to exspect this stellar title. Can't wait I don't know what I want more this Infamous, or Heavy Rain.

Yeah maybe, i bet most major developers have all the consoles, it doesnt really matter

Honestly the combat looks too simple and boring, Id rather be selecting from menus while the characters all stand still, it worked much better than just plain button mashing combat these action RPGs are bringing to the table. Atleast then I can have control of all my characters instead of bloody watching them fight for me or assigning some very vague macros to them. I want some Chrono Trigger battle system in most my RPGs.

The character models look really generic and unteresting aswell, generic storyline inbound.. Another failed JRPG attempt for teh consoles. Seriously I liked japanese characters when they where just little 8-16bit sprites on my SD screen or even the PS1 gen had better than this genericness.

yeh, calm down...many of them have both consoles, just because they make a game for a cetain console, doesn't mean they can't play games in general from other consoles. No big deal.

All the enemies look huge. I like the gameplay, also anybody know the main theme to this game? I can't wait till it releases in the US.SnakePS360Gamer
