New GT5 video, in-game gameplay, BEST LOOKING CONSOLE RACING GAME EVER?

@ 45 secs it starts showing in-game gameplay it looks incredible, landscape and environment also look amazing. To bad for the people hoping the graphics would trun out like the demo made only for physics or as unimpressive as a certian other exclusive racer on another console that was only impressive from screenshots.

The funny thing is Too Human was supposed to be on 3 different consoles and GT5 is closing in on Too Human dev time now and it has only been made for one console the whole time. Even Duke Nuke Em is getting a chuckle from GT5.SilentlyMad

Don't make baseless assumption, it's just that this game looks amazing after people said it was going to be unimpressive and look like the physics demo. So I thought I'd clear the air and show that those people (who ever they were) saying that it was going to be unimpressive were incorrect.

If GT5 is anything less than perfection then it will be a massive letdown. To be quite honest if GT5 doesn't get a ten I will consider it a flop, even if it gets a nine point five.CakeBalls

The best looking one if it ever comes out... and only as long as there is no new ones to come out after it. It has been pushed back to a tentative fall release date. That is embarassing. Polyphony was able to release GT3 within a year of the release of the PS2, and GT4 near the end of the PS2's generation. I'd hate to be a fan and Polyphony supporter right now... the game is basically becoming vapourware. All we've seen is pre-rendered images released for the past several years and a couple expansion demos on GT:HD.

Forgettin bout the 'release date' debate for a minute, PD seem to have done somethin very good with regards to the sounds in the game judgin by the video here. Obviously we cant say for definite that ingame sounds will match those heard in the clearly replay footage shown here but its still a massive improvement from the muffled sounds in 'Prologue.

That alone is enough to get me excited, imagine tearing around Spa in a 4L V8 BMW M3 with the real engine sound in ur ears..............:D

I could care less if they do or not . The car models in and enviroments are simply the most realistic ever seen in a racing game . No AA and res is gonna change that and the best looking racing game now on pc is Dirt 2 wich looks like its console counterparts with over used HDR and higher res .
