Damn consoles are bad this year, PS All Stars and Halo 4 are enough to make me want to get more into PC gaming.

I never understood the mentality behind gamers wanting "classic playlists" in a new game. You want the old settings, go play the older games.

Halo 2 is still up on GFWL (small community though), Halo 3 is still kicking with 15,000 or so, and Reach has 72,000 on right now. There is no reason for a "classic" playlist in Halo 4 when the previous 3 games in the series are still readily available to play.

Indeed. halo 3 you can still get a match going pretty easily online.

And they did bring back a classic playlist in the Halo Anniversary map pack.

I...I wasn't directing anything at any particualr poster. i don't konw why you felt like you were identified. If you think it looks good great, above is what I think. Ususally if someone says anything that isn't praise for certain games people go crazy, that is why I put that disclamer about not sugar coating to make others feel better.

They seem to have CoDified the game a bit. Killstreak and supply drop things are always annoying to me.It means someone is running around with stronger weapons or better abilities than you and gives them an advantage.

Lets get something clear. Are you talking about straight up visuals or "looks bad" meaning gameplay? If you're talking about the latter I will admit that the whole ordinance drops stuff will feel a bit off in a Halo game but I'm sure I'll adjust.

If you're talking about straight up visuals I don't see how it looks bad. I'm seeing improvements in lighting alone that gives it a really nice look. I'm also seeing an improvement in particle effects and just an overall bump in polygons at least in the spartans. Also you didn't think some of those Spartan Ops maps looked great? C'mon now bro.

Looks great. Course we have these crybabies who'll complain about this being too different (then 2 weeks later we'll be hearing about how Halo 4 is too similar to warrant a purchase) but what can we do.

I think it is alot easier for me to be honest (in a negative way) about sony games because people don't make assumptions that I trying to bash the system when I am UBER harsh in my opinion.

In this entire generation of games only demon's Souls have brought me total fulfillment and exceeded my expectations for a game on all levels.

I am guessing you are a halo fan, but I would buy a high quality exclusive for any system I own but I am not going to preach to you about my standards or what I think is good and not. Sony looks like they are on summer vacation this year and Halo 4 is honestly the biggest exclusive to look foward to on consoles over all...to me everything looks very 'cheap' in quality.
