New Metal Gear Solid News Is Coming

The next issue of Famitsu, due out next week, will have a something surprising for Metal Gear Solid fans, this weeks copy of the magazine teases.

Perhaps it has something to do with The Phantom Pain? Which many believe is in fact Metal Gear Solid V?Gematsu

All eyes on Famitsu. Will they unveil Metal gear Solid V? Will it have anything to do with The Phantom Pain? Will it be more information about Ground Zero? Will the next Metal Gear Solid also be on Xbox?

I'd be shocked if the next MGS isn't multiplatform because the Fox Engine was designed to be a multiplatform engine.

Without doubt the next MG game will be multiplatform. Then we have to face the inevitable, "Lems said MGS was garbage until it came to 360" yadda yadda yadda.

Terrible design. Pretty much on par with the fetis pig and the ice cream cone from that gen. Its all disjointed and ugly.

I hope Metal Gear Solid isn't like those gears any more. *hoping someone gets the burn but doesn't take seriously*

Fifth gen is acually amazing if you look past some of the stupid ones.

Whatever it is, its multiplatform, the engine was designed for multiplatform development and Konami went the multiplat route after MGS4.

I dont know why he doesint just take a long break from it and do other stuff. I mean if ZOE is any indacation it shows he can do other stuff.

Not sure what to think of Phantom Pain being labelled V and GZ being called a "prequel" no idea what Joakim Mogren is planning :P

Nontheless I'm really hyped for this, it could be a gem in the MGS series.

I would love Metal Gear Solid from PS1/Windows to be released on Wii U (or on GoodOldGames).

Hope we'll find out what all this Phantom Pain business is all about.
