Or the game is very easy, although it's quite hard to tell without playing it.

First sticky grenades, then dual wielding, now throwing knives. What has Call of Duty become :( IW might as well rename this to "Halo Warfare".

Since when were you able to throw knives in Halo? Oh right, never.

Since someone brought up ranks and is probably goign to cause a 5 page discussion on it, I'll get this out the way.
Every rank system fails except Battlefield 2. (console version as I never played the PC version) In order to rank up, you needed a certain number of PPH, points per hour. Not only did you need a certain PPH, you also needed to achieve goals during games. Some would require something like blowing up 5 enemy vehicles with C4 without dying.
If you saw someone with a high rank, you usually knew they were good. Very rarely, if ever, would you see someone with one of the top ranks and suck. If you weren't good you usually just stayed a private, or whatever the other ranks were.
Nowadays it's justbased on playtime. Maybe in December 2007 a Gold Cross in COD meant something, now it's hilarious hearing people say "omg you dont have a gold cross!" as if it means something. Whoever wanted one most likely has it by now, unless you only play 1 hour per week or something.
I don't like that idea. It seems you have to go out of your way to do things which may not contribute much to winning the match. Not what I want at all.Since someone brought up ranks and is probably goign to cause a 5 page discussion on it, I'll get this out the way.

I'm buying this on launch day no questions about it! Looks like you get more XP per kill and such too which is good. I can't wait to get this game! AAA confirmed
ooo Bullet proof shields yay
Led_poison
I hope that they are not as bad as cs1.6 and Vegas 2. The last thing we need is 32 people running around with riot shields spamming pistols and not being able to be killed.

Umm, he means that COD has gone away from a realistic and gritty setting to this over-the-top arcade-action that Halo is known for.

Next-Gen-Tec
There was only one or two things that required you to go out of your way. Any team player would've gotten them. You're trying to play like Rambo? Hey, you can be like my friend who had like 110PPH but was one of the lowest ranks because he never cared about winning or playing as a team and always did his own thing,

It accomplished that with COD4. Why are people just starting to realize it now?

It's because some people thought COD4 was realistic.:lol:I'm serious too, some people do think it is.
it was staged...they told every1 just to shoot at them but dont kill them. obviously they wanted to make a good video. because look how they played it all tacticle, in COD that is suicide, no1 plays like thatThat guy was owning.

Interesting because so many people have been saying It wouldn't be doing enough new things to make it different from the last one.
you nailed it man you nailed it....ppl just want to hate, they enjoy it....but deep down they know that this game will take aways their social lifeIt looked like he was playing a bunch of headless chickens, not once did any of the enemies even attempt to shoot at him, but of course, it's all planned out for the "wow" factor.
