Considering the rather small environment and the power of today's graphics engines, this is quite possibly real in-game graphics. Smart normal (bump) mapping, tessellation, and great fire effects make a big difference in appearances. Of course, this is a staged presentation of the game concept. It's obviously not an actual level from the game.

No way it was running real time on a PS4, you really think they had one set up somewhere streaming that onto the big screen? If so then why not just show the console? or show someone playing it? Simple, because it wasn't real time
