prove that was running on PS4? it was a tech demo that was probably running on PC like most Capcom games and like MT Framework,this engine is going to be led platform on PC.. cows IQ drops day by day :cool:Tessellation
Technically, PS4 *is* still an X86 PC.

Well, the base target hardware is not Xbox 360/PS3 i.e. the base target would be Radeon HD "7860" (18 CUs) class hardware.

Who's to say this game won't be multiplat and all the XBox Infinity and PC? The PS4 will be more like a PC and the XBox Infinite has always been a PC. The graphics are good. We expect they will be good on all the next-gen platforms.

What more proof do you need the creator himself who made the engine said its running off the PS4. That engine blows the crytek engine out of the water.

It will be a target render, throwing the HUD in doesn't make it in game.soulitane
That's the conclusion I came to, everything about it looks CGI and hand animated. But they did say it was powered by the Panta Rhei engine. Ah well, we'll know for sure when the game comes closer to release, and it's not like developers don't talk a lot of sh*t at the best of times.

It is true that any PS4 game right now would be the best as it's on the best hardware right now. 

There is better PC hardware out right now, in fact there has been better hardware than the PS4 available to the PC for a while already.

Oh wait, this isnt another "teh magical GDDR5" thing is it??

Hey I dont know anything about tech. Im just saying, even if the PS4 was a power house, it can only be as powerful as the current PCs, but obviously PC will evolve within a year or two. At the end of the day, I dont care at all. PS4 power and graphix right now are good enough for me.

Goddammit, you've just woke the PC up and now it's laughing!

PS4 will not be better than PC graphically, but it will be close on day 1. After a month, PC will be further ahead.

I still don't get it why people say these graphics are unachievable on modern hardware. High End PCs could run this in 60FPS if this was made for them from ground up. And it's not doing anything special, The Lava is an indication of Particle Based Fluid Simulation and that Dragon's Ears are dead = Ragdoll. And a bit of GI, That's it, That can easily be achieved on Modern Hardware.

Plus you can see in parts of the game it is being controlled by someone when he is running to hit the dragon.

running on engine doesn't equal actual gameplay its a tech demo...RE5 tech demo was actually running on engine + it looked like gameplay and the game looked worst when it came out,stop before you get even more owned.

Doesn't mean anything. You can connect a PS3 controller to a PC.

Explain KZ2 at E3 (2005 or 2006, can't remember which one). It was a target render which does the exact same thing as this. Same with Aliens Colonial marines at last E3. Is it running in engine at PS4 specs? Quite probably, is it actual gameplay? Debatable.
