The female characters in Resident Evil 4 were the same way. Their hair didn't sway with the movements, either. There were even clipping issues in a few cases.

Jokes aside, I actually wish some of these games would stop making women sex objects. Atleast after the ridiculous Witcher card thing you would've thought devs would have looked back and said "hey maybe women don't like this"

Game looks pretty good though. Those graphics are nice for 3ds

As unappealing as this "Boobs McGee" character is, no one will top Steve from Resident Evil: Code Veronica. I still cringe when I hear his voice.
