New Xbox Holiday 2012!!!!!!

It will happen. They are already putting the engineers in place to build it. Late 2012 is perfect and by that point a new system will be well deserved and the public will be ready. I predict 8 core CPU 6 gigs ram 1TB hard drive DVD 2.0 with special 25+gig storage per disk custom built duel ATI GPU. BC with all 360 games and enhances 360 games graphics and Kinect ready. Xbox live 3.0 that will feature full cable TV ready abilities. Also cloud gaming type service for on demand games.SpunkDust

Plus if those are the specs, have fun parting with like $700-800 for a console :|

ms is just going to wait for sony and then launch a year ahead of sony. sony is nowhere near ready to launch a new console.

nope the wii 2 is holiday 2012 ,

ms is riding kenict ,why would they have made it and why are they working on a bigger disc for xbox 360 then if their getting a 720 in 2012 , ya thats money wasted

nintendo has already shown its successor off , microsoft just is hirring ,

hirring does not mean they are putting it out right away it takes time to design such a thing ms is looking at a 2013-2014 or even 2015 release same for sony

They just expanded the disk space for the 360, we wont see a new xbox till about 2015.

If a console from MS comes out in 2012 then it would most likely be. A quad core CPU, 2GB, possibly 4GB Unified Ram, a 6800 AMD series based GPU, Blu Ray and a 500GB HDD and feature USB 3.0. I think the controller design will carry over to help keep costs down, it will also feature a dedicated port for the Kinect as per the slim model. I would think this would come in at similar costs to the previous models.
