They'll need to spend some on the graphics if they want this game to be AAA though

Silicon Knights said they have some of the most talented artists and programmers (who doesn't say that?) but look at the main character and the extremely stiff and dorky way he stands holding those pistols. There is no dynamic strength or any bend in the torso. He looks like a goof, the floor looks like a goof, and I suppose that neon HUD is supposed to be groundbreaking too.

I loved Eternal Darkness but I think this game is going to be a mess. When you have so many delays (forget the whole Unreal debacle, they had problems before that) one cannot be excited for the game.

Meh, I think the game looks like crap.

I always have. Gameplay looked like crap, trailer had possibly the worst action ever, graphics look laughable - especially the art.

Although I can't seem to shake off the feeling that it still looks like an UE3 game.

I think the art looks great in this game, especially in the background of the first pic.

The immediate area looks like crap though. Looks to have a gameplay environment, which negates the overall effect.

Yeah they'd feel a little upset, but what doesn't kill them only makes them stronger, as cliched as that sounds.

They are a bunch of talented devs, and they're making the most expensive game ever made. Let's hope it pays off (no pun intended).

It doesn't even look like he's really standing on the ground in that pic, for heaven's sake. Look at his feet. The textures are such low quality and the guy looks so stiff that it looks like the character model was photoshopped onto an existing background. It's early, I know, but it just isn't looking good. I have a 360, so it's not like I want this game to fail. That trailer was a pretty big turn-off though, and it hasn't looked very good since.

You have to also consider that by the time this game finally comes out, standards will be even higher than they are right now, which will only make it tougher to stand out beyond mediocrity. Not to mention it's a shooter.

I think it looks pretty good for screenshots. The environment looks a lot like Gears of War to me.

I know they've just switched to a new engine and all but that game does look pretty awful. Hopefully things will improve as time goes on.

Really? The environments looks pretty bad. It's the worst part of it, graphically. It's just all just boring shades of grey and the textures are truly low-res, with only certain parts of the architecture standing out at all. At least the character models look pretty good (except the main guy in the first pic).
