Next Flop for PS3?

The definition of a flop is a game that does not get the score it was hyped to get. I'm pretty sure cows were hyping Resistance AAA, it got AA. Similar situation goes for Motorstorm. Flopping has nothing to do with actual quality, just local hype.

What if cows were hyping resistence a A and it got AA. So what would you call that?

I think the next flop will be probably Uncharted then after that Haze some cows think it's a halo killer AAA title :lol:cyprus646

If I were you I'd stop hyping warhawk. The other's have a good chance of doing good but warhawk looks like a joke.

I've read multiple articles like this telling of what a blast this game is to play, this is just the only one I could remember quickly off the top of my head. Combine that with the fact that most in the beta love it, aside from connection problems (that's why it's a beta, right?), and I don't get why you would say it looks like a joke.

I can call a good gamea good game. The system I prefer isn't full of great games nor do all other systems only have bad games. I say warhawk looks like crap and I bet it will be a lot like shadowrun...a half-game. But go ahead hype it AAA. The only thing that can help it get AAA is if it's dirt cheap and even then it would be a super stretch.

I wastched a show about the game on Dish's HD Gaming channel. I wasn't impressed with the game before watching and even less impressed after.

Well Mikasa, my point was that besides Halo and Gears, 360 has nothing that surpassed 2 million in sales. Meaning that to the public, there must no be anything worth playing on 360 besides Halo and Gears. In other words, 360 has next to no system sellers. While PS3 has MGS4 coming this year, Ff13, Gt5, god of war 3, Socom, and other system sellers. Once Halo goes away, I doubt Gears will pick up the slack seeing as Halo made the xbox brand. Edit: Don't bother posting it, I know only MGS and Socom are the only games I mentioned that comes out this year. So spare me. gogeta242

I think I know what the cow response will be in 2008. Just wait til 2009! Then you'll see. Then it will be just wait til 2010 (but by then the next XBOX will be ready to launch).
