I say neither. Don't buy Driver, mainly for the fact that it uses the worst type of DRM available, don't let them think they're doing the right thing punishing the paying customers! Skip Driver for Christ sake!

they both look cool.. guess ill be getting both.. saint rows 2 was pretty meh but this one is shaping up to be quite good.. never played driver series b4 but the driving in this game in first person was pretty cool...definitely interested in this
If I were going to buy one, I would go with SR3. I enjoyed the hell out of the first two (the insurance fraud missions were my favorite thing). As for Driver, I've never really played one. I played a demo of the very first one on PC, and I hated it, so I never actually played one.
Saints Row is just a bargain bin knockoff of GTA. I might get 3 when it's $20 like I did 2. Skyrim is the only sandbox I can think of that's upcoming I can think of.
