I agree to an extent, Ps3 games do feel more next-gen in terms of tech and visuals. Too bad that's not all it takes to make a good game :)

agreed, but x360 has some nice games too.......MGS4, GOW3, and final fantasy XIII, the last guardian are the only games that made me feel the generation leap.

i am talking consoles here, and i still dun own any of them.

Crysis is the most superior game this gen.

You think GPUs only increase resolution? :lol:

ZoomZoom, I'll explain it to you. GPUs allow you to have higher resolution textures, more detailed bump/normal mapping, specular maps, lighting, reflections, more polygons being rendered at any given time, more lighting, HDR, physics, larger open world environments, AA and AF...the best ones push all of these to the maximum on current games...oh and yes you're right, they allow you to play and view all these effects at resolutionshigher than even true-HD.
