Next-gen, Sony will destroy PC gaming

I don't see why anyone has PCs anymore they should just sell that and go out and buy a ps3, a ps3 is like 30 super computers in one.

Sony will not kill PC gaming, PC gaming will kill it's self. The PC market continues to grow smaller and smaller, with more and more devs abandoning it and going to consoles.

Also upgrade costs are expected to increase so it will cost even more money to build a rig by next gen, very few people would be able to afford it. One of the biggest problems that is killing PC is the community it's self, it is full of pirates. It's no wonder why devs are going to consoles now.

The good PC gamers that do not steal games are a very small minority.

Cloud tech is great for backup... if you have a fast connection.

Sony cant ever and have never came close to PC gameing experiances. I own a PS3 and probably will own a PS4, im a fan of the exclusives they have but being realistic about it, current PC games look a whole lot better then what they currently are showing. Heck even cruddy ports of console games look and play a WHOLE lot better then on consoles and thats telling you something. The only reason why PC gamers complain about bad ports is because they dont abide by the quality standards we have grown to expect. BF3 is an example of this.

Please, tell me how you know this.

Tell me this amazing technology that the PS4 will have that PCs will not.

Tell me how the PS4 will be more powerful than my PC but still be able to keep itself cool when using few and smaller fans in a case that is much smaller.

Why would you choose for one or the other when you can just buy both ? Buy a 1000 dollar PC and buy a PS4, 720, WiiU, Vita and 3DS and your cheaper off than 3000 dollars :?

Right, and consoles don't have a piracy problem right? That's why 3DS and PSV are getting so many 3rd party games because DS and PSP weren't pirated to hell and their games didn't sell like crap... unlike smartphone games.

lol, if this was even remotely true all I would say is... enjoy buying your $3,000 console because that is the only ay sony would be able to beat pc hardware and make the profits that they like to make now. A cell processor in a computer with barely any power doesn't make it superior, you need power in all aspects of the hardware.

and considering most console gamers complaint about PC gaming is that it is too expensive and you have to upgrade, I can't see you doing that. consoles are about making profits, period. so there is never going to be a very high specced console IMO.
