It has nothing to do with MS allowing or not allowing it......it's the major retailers/rentailers that will not buy this game. IF the game is not availble in places like Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Blockbuster (to rent), ect....it's dead meat. Just look at Man Hunter and you'll know a game can't survive if it gets the AO rating.
