Looks really cool,and IMO graphics dont need to be any better couse they are great!And i know gameplay will be stellar...

With mgs4 they've augumented the gamepplay from three(adding the over-the-shoulde cam, and FPS mode), also they've given us a fully movable camera. they've improved the graphics, and presented us a warzone forcompleting missions in.When youencounter different forces fighting one and other, you canchoose which side to help, or kill both. It looks like they've added a lot more freedom. EDIT. even with all this i don't think mgs4 will "steal the show"

now Ninja gaiden could have been overhauled in a similar way, but i very much doubt it. What more can you do with that formula?

Yes, it looks like Sigma. I predicted long ago that NG2 would look like Sigma, when Xbox fans were making fun of how NG:S was just NG:B in higher res.

In any case, this announcement is really exciting. This is the reason I bought a 360. Even if it's a timed exclusive, it'll be worth playing on Day 1.

there are many ways of making it more interesting.

look at the usual splinter cells and then look at the newest one. The change of location changes everything. You have to think in a completely different way.

obviously Gaiden 2 hasn't been properly shown yet, but i wouldnt want a "new game" which feels, looks and plays like what i'd played before.

I have a feeling this will be a different game. Whatever it is, atleast we got a sneak peek of NG2....Those claws look like they'll be fun to use.

Second, gore is part of graphics and it looks better than Sigma's gore.

Judging by those screensi don't know why you're excited. I'm posting my view on those screens alone.

I'm not expecting Ryu to wield a rocket launcher, i just dont want the same damn game i've played before.

Legend of zelda wind waker for example, gave you a boat to traverse across the seas. then therewas the change in visual aesthetics which made you feel like you were in a cartoon, not expecting this of gaiden, but a change instyle wouldnt hurt.

If the TC had posted somethig in gaiden 2 that created this new and interesting gameplay element (like the boatin wind waker), which would've made the entire thing feel a lot more epic i wouldnt have scurtinized.

I'm excited simply because it's Ninja gaiden 2. I didn't mention anything about gore....wtf!!...All I said it seems more brutal. We still don't know anything about the game besides these shots, so all I was saying was hold judgement until later when we know more.

Those screens are perfectly clear, and even though the graphics may not be finished, it won't be a revolution. In fact, I'd venture to suggest that many of the released Sigma screens look better.

It's obvious that NG2 will be graphically on par with Sigma, but who cares? We're missing the point by all this bickering.

I'd venture to suggest that many of the released Sigma screens look better.

Many things wrong with this.

First, using screenshots is not something you want to do when comparing graphics.

Second, NG:S is a finished game. (Forza 2 and Halo 3 comes to mind when judging an unfinished game)

Third, we don't know when NG2 is coming out.
