Cows will hype GOW III more than Lemmings will hype NG2

Ninja Gaiden will score higher, but I won't be surprise if they both tied (9.5)

In the end NG2 will have better gameplay but GOW III hands down will have the better story. Although GOW III will probably sell more if the PS3's sales pick up.

God of War 3 no one really cares about NG2 that aren't hardcore fans or don't have an already established knowledge of the game. God of War is more mainstream because of the Greek mythology which has a larger market in wester countries.

God of War 3 will score higher, NG2 might not even be AAA i was surprsed that NG: Sigma was. That game is way over-rated.

GOd of War 3 i hope will get a 10, and Ninja Gaiden 2 i hope will get a ten. Realistically that won't happen but they will both score very well. Talented devs, talented design team, talented directors.... just be optomistic.

Crysis is an great game... over-rated kinda like NG so your right. God of War is nothing like the halo of actionn adventure games, God of War actually has good Single player, great gameplay, great bosses etc. Halo is just sub-par gameplay with a good online experience.

1. NG2 because there are loads more Lemmings on SW, and lets be honest besides NG2 the 360 2008 (exclusive) lineup isn't looking as great as expected. Lemmings will treat NG2 as 2008's "saving grace" if you will. Though I maintain all big 3 have a lot more titles to announce that will apear in 2008, so whatever.

NG is tough not much deeper though. roll soft attack block roll jump hard attack, roll, pw,block hard attack. etc..over and over again. Its a fun game, i prefer onimusha though.

GOW is a button masher action adventure : kill them before your health reach 0 .

I've been playing games for over 20 years now mate, GOW and Halo are both casual gamer games its why they appeal to mass market and have such large fanbases, its that there simple yet fun games that you can just pickup and play and not have to worry about much depth (whilst it is there to some degree its not making you think about it all the time and how your going to do this or that against your enemies).

NG is tougher, it is deeper if you understand to combat move lists and use them, if you use just basic attacks then yes the game is extremely simple but if you understand the systems behind the game and try and play it like it should be played then its a whole different level to the game that is both deep and challenging.

Onimusha is so stupidly easy its not even funner, once you have block counters down the game isn't even fun anymore, never bring it up in an arguement like this it just throws you cred into a bucket and kicks it into the gutter.

Halo and GOW are both very over-rated games but hey casual gamers don't really care about that ;)

Good point they don't. GOW really isn't over-rated what did 2 get an 8.8 that seems fair enough. That was by GS's old standards so it would have gotten a 9 and its a really solid game. The story and presentation are top notch.

lol, i didn't take the time to get into all the fancy NG combat lists because....i didn't have to :|. One thing NG has over almost all action games are the weapons, there fantastic. Onimusha is a great game, and thats what makes the game fun, its just so simple and when your sound by enemies and you have to rely on simple timing to eliminate all enemies and take no damage in a few fatal slashes, then thats when the game gets cool. Onimusha 3 is definately the best one, and its not the easiest.

Just because i prefer a different game than NG doesn't throw my credibility out the window. I never said it was better or even compared them :| Saying stuff like that makes you seem like a jerk.

ninja gaiden 2 won't be as difficult due to the partially regenerating health bar

NG2 will be THE premiere elite sword-combat game, with brutal challenges and unrelenting foes that willpunish gamers for years. Imagine what Acheivements that game is going to have.

GOW3 will be another killer app for the PS3 when it comes out, featuring a grand art style, realized with graphics pushing the PS3's hardware very far. It will excel with 3 distinct tiers of gameplay: combat (not quite as good as NG2, but still lots of fun), platforming over EPIC obstacles and enviorments, and equally epic and challenging puzzles (which will either relate to the enviorment or enemies).

2. On Gamespot NG2 since the first NG and NG Black got a .1 higher rating then God of War and a .2 higher then God of War 2. Aboard it will probably be the same. GoW3 scoring higher in some places and NG2 scoring higher in other places.

I dunno, Im a pretty hardcore Ninja Gaiden fan. I might even pick up ninja giden sigma, it is my favorite game of all time. The only game Ive ever played through 5 times in a row.

And Ninja Gaiden has the music, sound, artstyle, meh story but awesome characters. On top of that, Ninja Gaiden has an awesome variety of weapons.

It can be, but some games dont need a story. Ninja Gaiden, Mario, Sonic and a few other games are just that perfect. Also note that these games are timeless and have unlimited replayability.
