If Dead Rising isn't exclusive due to Dead Rising:Chop Till You Drop it only makes sense that the same applies to Ninja Gaiden II and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2.
wtf? it's not exclusive, you can play the same game on the 360.
LeGoofyGoober
But both covers say they're "only for" their respective consoles. :P
This game came out over a year ago, are people seriously waiting for the PS3 version? :? (Oh, and NG2 was no where near as "WOW" as the first NG was, still a good game though)

Some people dont own a 360 ya know.

Oh my goodness, this is too crazy. If you ask me, it's not exclusive, but then again, I haven't played it yet.:P
You're not missing anything :D IMO Ninja Gaiden 2 was garbage...But that's just me :P
how was ninja gaiden 2 garbage?Expect an explosion here in SW if this games scores higher than NG2.

Addition of all the new features combined with an improvement of that horrible camera could give it a strong chance.
Yes, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is exclusive. Just like how Ninja Gaiden 2 is exclusive. You could jump through all kinds of semantics and technicality hoops to try and say that it's not, but those two games are only available on their respective consoles.
Dragonblade01
depends on how different they are.

It would be followed by epic dc, remember the mlb inciDent (ITS NOT EXCLUSIVE!!!!)No? I'll take extra content over red blood any day.The violence tone down is fail and automatically makes the 360 version better no matter what the hell they add.

Well that's your opinion, dismemberments and blood gone? lul F that. Imagine if GOW lost all the gore and just became 20 mins longer that would be epic fail!
[QUOTE="DeathScape666"]I am on chapter 12 in Ninja Gaiden Sigma, and I have absolutely no desire to finish it. Disappointingly easy, and the only thing that stands out in it is the combat. I think I'll pass on this outing and just wait for God of War III, the true champion of hack 'n' slash.Ninja-HippoDid you play the original on the xbox though? That was the main problem with Sigma, they watered down the difficulty horribly.I thought so. I beat it on xbox, then bought Sigma and felt it was easier. GoW is great for story, music, and combat, but imo, NG is the king of hard to master but oh so rewarding combat.

I got this off NeoGaf, and Kotaku ran a story about it, so I doubt it's fake.
But it's a pretty lame boxart :?

I'm with you Espada12. Imagine a Port of KZ2 with Rico and Templar playable, and you can carry more than 1 rifle, but instead of the cool blood spurts when Helghast get shot, Purple essence flows out of them. WEAKNo? I'll take extra content over red blood any day.[QUOTE="aaronmullan"][QUOTE="Espada12"]

True. Well you're probably right since you've played NG2, but Sigma 2 is going to be my first, so I don't know what is missing. Know what I mean?Heres a quote from this website you all love so much.
"Ninja Gaiden returns to the PlayStation 3 as an exclusive featuring new characters, new bosses, and new modes."
Gamespot says its exclusive, so therefore on this website it is. Just like Ninja Gaiden 2 is 360 Exclusive.

Fair enough for me. I don't care what NGS2 has or scores, they kiddied it down. Removing the blood and gore doesn't make it less violent. Swinging a katana at someone is violence regardless of what comes out of them.Heres a quote from this website you all love so much.

Dude do your reasearch. Dismemberment is in after all its acutally part of gameplay in part 2. Only thing missing is the gallons of blood that comes out the people when you start sliceing them in pieces. NG has never been about blood and gore its not one of the staples of the francise like it is for GOW. Sigma 2 still has blood and dismemberment just not with gallons of blood. Think like sigma1 blood amount. They just replace the gallons that came out when youdismemebered the people into a purple mist. THey just thought that looked cooler.
well, i think by the time that NGS was released(2007), Sony still didnt used the " Only On " bar...same goes for MGS4(2008 and no bar), Heavenly Sword, Uncharted 1, Motorstorm 1, Resistance 1(2006 but still has no bar), Warhawk (2007), and so on....personally i wouldnt consider ir 100% EXCLUSIVE, since it the same as the 360 version, but with extra stuff.
I am getting it though :D !!
Explain to me again, why is GRAW a 360 exclusive?
Geez, just because its tps? Read the reviews for ps2,xbox,pc and 360 yea they are pretty much bad ports or limited by lower spec consoles, but the story and basic games are the same.
I mean NGs2 is getting coop, new levels, new characters, new controls. I'm just confused heck GRAW shares the name with 4 consoles but yet a game that has a different name isn't different and new for another console lol.
Confused.

To put it in simplist terms: they're completely and utterly different games. They share VERY VERY FEW things in common. I could go into detail if you so please, but there's no need to when the latter was already said. For the record, I've played the PC and Xbox 360 version so I'm very knowledgeable on the such topic.
How can they be the same if the 360 version is the best one with better level design and gameplay, you know the other versions are made by completely different devs, right?Explain to me again, why is GRAW a 360 exclusive?

Are you sure you read Gamespot's reviews of all 4 versions from start to finish, they don't seem the same as the 360 version to me.Ok but the reviews were almost identical except for putting negative comments about the others while replacing great comments about the 360 version. Nothing looked different for the story and all.
GreyFoXX4
There's your mistake. ;)Ok but the reviews were almost identical except for putting negative comments about the others while replacing great comments about the 360 version. Nothing looked different for the story and all.

Play the games and you're realize just how different they are. :)
