Due to their inability to make a game that justifies a $60 price tag, I refused to buy their game.

So I rented it.

And I'm fine with them making the game multiplat. More people can experience their good storytelling. That was my favorite thing about Heavenly Sword.

Seriously, the game wasn't worth $60. Not for 5-6 hours for a single play through and no real reason to replay it. I doubt you would have bought the game had it been on your console of choice.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Oblivion and Resistance were out at the time. I think PS3 gamers, who had a PS3 at that time, had some good games that were relatively long and offered a lot more than Heavenly Sword did.

Nah, Ninja Theory will have to spend time porting the game this time, so it will probably be 4 hours.

Some gamers enjoy the game, some didn't. Doesn't dismiss the fact that the game was short and not worthy of the price tag of $60, which is why the sales were low for the game. Its the developer's fault, not the gamers that the game sold so poorly.

I enjoyed Heavenly Sword. They need to be willing to except slow sales of a game early in the life of a console. They also need to realize it takes time to build a franchise. I think they should keep going with it. Heavenly Sword has everything it needs to become a hit franchise. I hope they don't give up on it.EmperorSupreme

I really liked HS as well. It is my favorite game on the ps3, but it sure seems like they have given up on it.

That seems to be about the only complaint people had for the game. Looked fun to me, like GOW which is fine by me.
