Nintendo Confirms Wii 2007 release list!!!

Super Mario Galaxy - 2007

Super Smash Bros. Brawl - 2007

Battalion Wars II - 2007

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption - 2007

Fire Emblem - 2007

Finally a reason to keep my Wii!

It's been gathering dust ever since I beat Twilight and got tired of Wii Sports...

Why do people keep posting stuff like this? They WANT to release them all this year. They have said in their financial reports they are planning to. They arent going to delay them just cuz.... Besides they have other games that are listed TBA like kirby and animal crossing which basically means 2008. So if they werent for sure about if the titles could make 2007 or not they wouldnt list 2007 under the release list.

Lots of games get posted on Release Lists....I didn't say they had no intentions of releasing them all. All I said was 1 of them won't make it. Just because it makes the release list doesn't mean "OMG it's going Gold Tomm.!" The games aren't even finished yet (or even close to finished for all we know).

Actually it's the exact opposite. All of those games are completed and ready to go, it's simply a matter of Nintendo picking a strategic release date. My bet? SSMB and Galaxy in 2007, MP3 delayed until spring 2008. Nintendo chooses release dates to suit when they need a sales boost, and the Wii will be sold out this Christmas with SSMB and Galaxy.

Still quite a good list. I doubt MP3 will hit this year but it's good to see both SMG and SSBB there.

Sorry I didnt mention that but theyve already listed why they would all come out in 2007 for the US.

Yeah, good end of year for Wii. 

I don't say this to annoy anyone but I really doubt MP3 will make it this year. If anyone remembers MPH they delayed it so many times before release. I mean, it was originally stated to come with the DS launch but came like a year and a half later.

Sorry guys, I really don't see Metroid Prime happening this year, unfortunately. :(

I really want to check out Batallion Wars 2. I never played the original and if it has a really good online like Mario Strikers Charged, I'll definitely check into it.

There is only 1 FPS there...Only 2 games with a first person perspective even.

Some of the games won't hit US this year Fire Emblem is one of them for sure. As for online play yes those games are online. Why should we have to post several links, when you can goto the games News and Previews page and read up.

Keep in mind these games could be delayed. 

SSBB and MP3C are all that matter. Those 2 alone will destroy any game released this Holiday season except Halo 3.

That's not a good list. (What else is new for Nintendo?)  Maybe for Sheep.

I'd say only about 3-4 games are worth looking forward to. And I doubt MP3C will even make it by late 2007.  

Well there's at least 4 or 5 games that peak my interest, but I'm not expecting them all to be released this year.

If you really believe we are getting all those games in one year you can't have been following Nintendo that long, they are notorious for announcing release date and then moving it back a year or two...csliney
