[QUOTE="Nickman71"][QUOTE="whoisryanmack"][QUOTE="---OkeyDokey---"]jeez this thread blew up quickly, im shockedhow nintendo dares to do something new with interaction, and tries to get more people to play games and its seen as a bad thing.
for shame all of you haters :(
DrAwsomeness
The problem is that you're assuming Nintendo did this because they wanted to "give us more interaction". That is not the case. They wanted to compete in the console market without really competing, and figured out that if they strip the features down and create a nice marketing buzz, all you need is tacked on motion and you've got a winner. It's sly business, some might say shady. They're giving you very little and pretending that it's "better gameplay".
You think Microsoft and Sony want to give you better gameplay?
If you think yes, then you're a tool. When the 360/PS3 were both designed, Sony and Microsoft both thought that it would make them the most money possible. Obviously they were wrong. Do you really think if they could go back in time they wouldn't change their designs? No. They would both make Wii-like consoles.
And then we would really have no quality games!!!1 Sounds fun!
To my friends: " Hey! Lets go play Mario Party and Mario Soccer and Mario Baseball and Mario Golf and Mario Kart! "
Don't forget Brain Age and Wii Fit.
