FIrst off- NO one goes to a nintendo seminar to hear about those kinds of games. People that go to E3 are active "hardcore" (don't like that word) gamers meaning they want to hear about the next metroid, mario, or zelda game as well as other great triple AAA titles.

Second- WTF?!?!?! Nintendo has more dedicated fans than any other company EVER. People actually cry when they announce the new mario/zelda game. So why not show anything like that? Those titles will come out eventually but not soon it seems.

The point is Nintendo has finally gone over to making money rather than making quality esque games (good games will come out on wii but mostly third party). They switched over to selling to middle-aged housewives (Some might be gamers just a example) which is sad because of the following that they have.

Yeah, it used to be different though. I can understand his mistake. And if nintendo is all about the money and not about the quality why do they wait so long to release their games? lol....I seriously need to say something regarding this whole "nintendo sold out" thing.

Honestly? Nintendo doesn't give a **** about "us". Seriously. Why should they? ASK YOURSELF THAT QUESTION...why should they? Seriously, it's a good question to ask, because what did the core gamer do for them lately? The gamecube was an awesome system, but it wasn't a huge success. It made them profit, but it wasn't getting them any market share. Twilight Princess did ok in japan and pretty well here. Did it make as much money as wii sports? Wii Fit? Wii Play? Hell no, it's not even a comparison. The same can be said for Metroid Prime 3. The only game out of the big three that did tremendously well was Super Mario Galaxy, and that's a given because EVERYONE loves mario. The money is in the casual market, and to be honest, nintendo wants to make money.

Also, don't think I'm singling out nintendo here, because microsoft and sony don't give a damn about anything but money either. If they could go back in time and think up a motion sensing, remote control looking console controller before nintendo did, they would do it in a heartbeat. Sony and Microsoft would kill for the market nintendo is getting right now, and honestly, who wouldn't?

Nintendo and Sony's Fall schedule is *incredible* - it is without a doubt one of the best years to own either system, and sadly one of the worst for the core gamers only sporting a Wii.

So the beginning of the year doesn't count? Only the fall? Really? Man, MS and Sony are selling you out by not providing you games at the beginning of the year. Wow, I didn't realize this was the case. Slim pickings indeed. You wait all year with nothing from them and then you salivate cause they offer you games at the end of the year. Hahaha... hilarious.

It's also not like Nintendo isn't releasing anything for the Fall either. You might not enjoy it, but Animal Crossing is another multi-million selling game which millions of people enjoy. Seriously, how is Nintendo selling out when they have provided more games than either MS and Sony all year?

I haven't missed a day - nor have I been at any shortage of games - rather the back library and upcoming quality titles (not counting any filler - hell I don't even consider Fable 2 to be worth my time, the bar is set high for my needs) for my PC, 360, and DS have been by far and away enough.

Of course, adding a PSP and PS3 to the mix will only make the situation worse next year - even just skimming the creme I wind up with a full plate.

So you could only do it with 3 systems. Got it. So the Wii gets blamed for weaknesses apparant in all the other systems, but it's okay in your opinion when you put together systems to bridge those droughts. So what's the problem? Why the hatred towards the Wii? Bridge the droughts with other systems like the PC, 360, PS3, DS, and PSP.

Oh, but that would be cheating for the Wii, right? Oh man, the Wii is just soooooooooooo horrible :roll:
