no, the wiimote is terrible, I like to have true control of my game, not just flail blindly and hope something happens

For games like TP and RE4: wii edition the wii controls are indeed superior in terms of accuracy and comfort.

However....there are genres like fighting games and FPS's where the wii-mote hasn't proven itself superior yet.

Hopefully MP3 will nail the FPS type controls down

I play alot of video games and as of now All i have for next gen is a Wii... the PS2 and Wii can tide me over for a long long time. There are plenty of games to play on both... and the VC is like heaven for core gamers...

first -- its not '3rd person support' its Third Party Support.

Second -- Their are only about 5-6 Mini games, and my Game Collection has none of them, and out of my 9 games, i have 5 third party games, and 4 first party games.

Thirdly -- I'm not being forced to buy another console, i choose to buy a PS3 later so i can have the best of both worlds.

Nintendo hasn't abandoned any one. There are plenty of games on the wii for any one to enjoy. There are some minagames, but there are also alot of hardcore games.

Wii owners are not forced to buy another console. There are alot more games on the wii that i want than there are on the ps3 or 360

Then go buy a PC because console gaming has always been casualized. Console gaming has always been stripped down from PC gaming. Do you realize this or do you want me to explain it to you? 2. Zelda TP

Now ask yourself how long did it take for the Gamecube to get a Zelda, Metroid, Mario, or Mario Party game? Not in the first year. Nintendo is doing what they have always done. Make games for everyone. The core Nintendo in house games are still being made for the people that buy Nintendo games.

Me, because I don't have that kind of money to spend on a 360/ps3 buy more controllers buy more games. With the Wii you get a lower price with the same amount or more fun. Plus I have more important things to spend money on and not just high and fancy videogames. I wish I had them, I just dont have the money.

Now ask yourself how long did it take for the Gamecube to get a Zelda, Metroid, Mario, or Mario Party game? Not in the first year. Nintendo is doing what they have always done. Make games for everyone. The core Nintendo in house games are still being made for the people that buy Nintendo games.

Causals buy Madden because its football but its far from a casual game. The game is one of the most competive games out there and takes massive amounts of skill, knowledge, understanding of the game, not to mention timing. It has one of the most competitive Hardcore scenes out there.

Nintendo is milking with their wide selection of plastic casings for the Wiimote that add nothing to the gameplay value, only to the hole in the budget : Wiisports pack, Wiil or whatever it`s called, Wii zapper. Also : 3 iterations of GBA, 2 iterations of DSN-K0d3R

I should just ignore such a stupid post BUT the Zapper is coming with RE:UC and the wheel is coming with Mario Kart Wii. So they're being given out for free basically. A lot of games are coming out with multiple control schemes, meaning they may not have to be used in certain games but the option would be there. That means you don't have to buy them.

You don't have to own the latest iterations of the GBA's or DS's to play the latest games.My standard GBA will play ALL GBA games fine as will my DS fat play all DS games. So again, you don't have to buy them.By your definition of milking, Sony is doing it with the PSP right now with the new design.

It appears that TC thinks that "cuddly" = casual. Unless it's bloody and/or dark, it's for kids and casuals.

Do you lack hand eye coordination or something man? The Wii controls for the game are superior. Its a fact.

For games like TP and RE4: wii edition the wii controls are indeed superior in terms of accuracy and comfort.

However....there are genres like fighting games and FPS's where the wii-mote hasn't proven itself superior yet.

Hopefully MP3 will nail the FPS type controls down

True ignorante fanboi statement. Alot of games have tight controls. Most of them have the option of chaning the sensetivity of the motion controls or even switching to just using your remote like a contol pad, use the classic control or your gamecube controls.
