the hardware is last gen. the games don't look as good as xbox 1 games, some only as good as ps2 games. Its clearly cheap hardware and they're making a killing off of it at gamers' expense. I mean, look at sony, they sold their console at a loss. ms have tried to recoup all the xbox 1/rrod losses with expensive accessories and xbl and still haven't made back the cash. Therefore, they are the most greedy.

JONO51

also cheaper console with inbuilt motion controllers, cheaper games and they dont have money to spare losing on hardware, because they dont make computer applications ,operative systems with a CEO that gives crap about gamers or gaming/at least Iwata talks to the fans and supervises games, or TVs,plasmas, and movies. How the crap can they be greedy always?they were before the other companies, and only depend on gaming. If they lose gaming they lose all.Unlike Sony or MS who were just fine without games and once they said Oh we can make good money with the games, look at nintendo. And if we screw up,no problem we got **** of money... And so it happened. The most greedy, right. Not to mention the cube was the cheapest console and it pawned ps2 graphics.

[QUOTE="i5750at4Ghz"]Nintendo is a greedy company in general. Since back in the 80's. Nintendo makes MS look like angels as far as greed goes.i5750at4Ghz

Dude M$ is just as greedy than Nintendo.

OSs costing at least $100+, 3-4 different types of the same OS all containing the same OS, Trails on the OS that make you think you have everything but you don't cause it's only a 30 day trail, Pay to Play Online....

How is $100+ alot of money for a OS? You do understand that there are billions of lines of code in a modern day OS. Vista alone cost them 6 billion to develop. And another 2 billion for the service packs which they release for free. MS is greedy no doubt, but mostly when dealing with other companies not the consumer. I don't own a 360 or live so I can't speak on its worth, but most people don't seem to have any issue with it. And how is offering multiple versions of a piece of software greedy?

Trust me on the Xbox Live deal. It's not worth the $50.

To you maybe.

Millions will disagree.

(this coming from someone who doesn't own a 360 and thinks MS charging for online is scandalous btw)

Why do you think that?

There past and present actions as a company. Killing off 3rd party devs that didn't do exactly what they wanted. Over charging for carts. Ignoring system faults until the courts moved in on them. Re-branding every single hand-held they have ever made. charging a premium price for 10 year old technology. Trying to back stab Sony over cd-rom rights they willingly left on the table.

Nintendo comes off as the family friendly company, but a little research into there past and you will see how dirty they really are. If not for the sega genesis, they were just going to rebrand the NES and keep selling it for years.

overcharging for carts? when? There was not a fixed price for carts before the nes cartridges. You cant use development costs to determine price alone. Producing currently the system with the lowest failure rate of the current generation.Premiun price?their consoles have been always affordable, the most affordable. Saying that the tech is old, is pointless.By that logic cars should cost pennies now since they mostly run on technology designed 100 years ago. It doesnt works that way and it doesnt makes them greedy,PS2 is running on tech 12 years old without new tech as motion controls and it was only recently dropped to 100 which isnt even a baffling difference with the current wii bundle.jesus. Did you ever stop to research the flaws of MS and Sony in the last 30 years in their respective industries ?and their huge amount of lost trials in hardware and software? You would be baffled then.

Well, that last part you have no proof of, so there's no point in arguing. And do you think that MS and Sony aren't guilty of making mistakes and making questions business decisions? Please.

Nintendo decide to open everything up for the Wii and let developers do as they wished. Why do you think there is so much shovelware out there for the Wii?

The three of them are extremely greedy, and have showed it in many ways. They are huge companies, so it's not unexpected.
