You are comparing a whole company to one series... Well considering I'm not a fan of Call of Duty, and Nintendo makes plenty of different and cool games. I'll vote Nintendo. But it really isn't a fair comparison.

Call of Duty because

1) I cannot play a corporation

2) Call of Duty does not have a shady history (not really targeting Nintendo specifically as all companies exploit cheap labor and engage in censorship shady buisness etc.)

This poll is pointless since you can buy Call of Duty games on Nintendo platforms and neither directly competes with each other. I'm sure Activision is nice to see the extra sales they get from COD games on the Wii and I'm sure Nintendo is somewhat happy to have a popular IP on their systems.

Again, what is the point of this poll? If you're trying to compare the quality of the games, then its an unfair comparison since Call of Duty is a single franchise while Nintendo comparsies countless franchises, numerous systems, and has been around for far longer then Call of Duty. And you can't really compare them in terms of exclusives since every Call of Duty game from this generation(expect Modern Warfare 2) has appeared on Nintendo platforms.

Ok... what a random comparison. But for all sakes Nintendo makes games I like, I am not into Call of Duty.

You have to realize almost all of the shovelware on the Wii isnt made by Nintendo, the only game I would consider shovelware by Nintendo is Wii Music. Also how is still releasing games from 20 year old franchises killing the industry, especially considering the fact that some of these games innovate within themselves. Innovative new IP>Innovative Sequel>Generic new IP>Generic Sequel.

Second, how has CoD killed the industy. The reason I believe CoD refusese to evolve or innovate is because it isnt necessary for them to innovate, CoD fans may not even want innovation. Last time I checked it is not CoD's fault everyone tries to clone it. If anything, what is killing the industry is the high budgets needed to make games and developers not willing to take enough risks.
