No Final Fantasy For Xbox 360 .... Link inside !

Yet we will still get desperate lems, claiming it will come to their system.

Face it lems both games have been debunked, FF..MGS4...lets move on.

Read it again maybe? As of now they dont plan anything. 5 minutes from now isnt now now is it? 6 months from now isnt now is it? Get the point? You cant read the future so stop trying. Anything can happen, im not saying Metal Gear solid is comming. But im sure that some point in the future they will make a final fantasy just for the 360.

I think you're underestimating the power of FFXIII, especially in Japan. There are plenty of reasons to get a PS3 for many people, BUT, they want that one big game, and FFXIII is that. You may not want a PS3 and not be attracted by the games, but many people are on the edge of getting one. There are so many people saying they will get a PS3 either when MGS4 of FFXIII are released.

To give an example, think how many DS's were sold when Pokemon came out, you think there weren't good games on the DS before that?

hahaha, i'll laugh at square -enix when FFXIII doesn't sell as well as expected because a lack of PS3 install base.........

One thing Xbox and Gamecube taught us is that a small install base doesn't mean the best games won't sell very well. Really the only sales that get hurt by low install base are crappy games and multiplats that only casuals would buy.

I've seen enough of them too but this tells us NOTHING. DMC4 and VF5 also said the same exact thing. This doesn't even say it will remain exclusive. All he did is tell us exactly what we knew. CURRENTLY it's not in the works.

He doesn't say it wont be, he doesnt say there will. Completely nothing new at all...

As in they have no plans for any Final Fantasy on the 360.. if they did, they'd be planning one, and if they were still only in the planning stages 360 wouldn't see FF for a long time. 360 owners will just have to settle with Last Remnant since its a multiplatform, aside from that Square isn't really focusing much on the 360.

Really, stop trying to make it sound like it'll still happen. There will be NO Final Fantasy 13, or Versus or any such game for 360 any time soon. It was just confirmed. Get over it.

ahem, like I said, I also used DMC4 as an example. It was ps3 exclusive, meaning no plans to bring it to another console, or it wouldnt of been exclusive at the time. and it says "currently". I could care less, but people need to go to college and take a public speech and buisness class if they can't get it.

No suprise, but I do think 360 fans should be happy with The Last Remnant, since it does show SE isn't completely neglecting the console.the-very-best

They have 1 game already out, 2 more comming out. Even without last remnant it would still have a 2nd game comming out. I don't get how that would be neglecting it either way? 

Get over it.  Lems dont get your hopes up because it says currently and it happened to DMC 4.  It says its on a completely on blank meaning they got no 360 verion on the works, not even planned.  When I saw that word I knew there were gonna be a few fanboys still claiming it will come to 360

stop bring dmc4 into everything buddy capcom is 360 **** like they were ps2 **** and before that dreamcast **** they jump from console to console like paris hilton to a new guy i kind of saw this coming and with sega they had succes with condemed on the 360 but they knew they would get most sells with vf5 on the ps3 thats why its a timed eclusive if they would have put it on the 360 and the ps3 at the same time i think the ps3 version would have out sold the 360 version in japan . and another thing stop trying to spin this into it still might be on the 360.

Let's see.. first Square is not Capcom, second, it was originally announced for PS3 only, Toriyama said the PS3 was the ideal console for Final Fantasy 13,  and it was just reconfirmed.. unlike Capcom, announced it for ps3 said it could only be done on ps3, etc, but thats when it was first announced.

Theirs already a thread about this. Anyway, that's not good news. :( I was hoping ffxiii would come to 360. ah, too bad, looks like ps3 and wii will do for me this gen.ninjiijitsu

If FF VII was a system seller on the PSX i think it can do the same for the PS3 once the remake comes out-just look at all the ps2 owners still out there tat could be a fan of it.

But can a single game (FF XIII) really generate that much console sales? One or two games does not a syestem make.

Mass Effect is the only reason I bought a 360. So in short yes a system is made by one or two great exclusives always has always will.  

Who cares... when PS3 sales continue to tank we'll just get it later on... Enjoy it now and I'll enjoy it later. :)

So, you really think that with big games like Metal Gear Solid 4 and FF13/Versus won't dramatically help PS3 sales? People are waiting on the games. Games later this year will definately push PS3s so no, you won't enjoy it later on anything but PS3. Sorry buddy.
