The option to buy DLC is always good if you're interested. It's the same for anything you buy... if you're not at all interested, the option to buy it doesn't make any difference. If you are interested though, then it has some relevance whether you have options or not.
let's hope people will still like to play and pay for extra content... i'm at 60% of the game and it's clear to me that the missions are great, but not very varied.... i'll be DONE with the game when i finish the single player.
If it turns out the DLC is really worth it i might consider buying the 360 version second hand.. but i doubt i will.. new games, new experiences.

yeah i noticed this too. but i found that the missions were higher quality and polish in gta4.
The DLC will sell to tons of people, microsoft will probably recoop everything they advanced to Rockstar. I've already beat the game, and am already looking forward to playing more missions!
I'm very disappointed about how GTA4 turned out in general and its beyond me why anyone would be willing to buy the DLC at this point. I'm likely to not even buy the next GTA game that comes out because its not the half the game that I thought it was and as for the DLC I don't want and I don't think of it as any type of competitive adavantage over the ps3 what so ever based on how GTA4 turned out. Maybe if GTA4 turned out as good as it should then I would be more than willing to wanting the DLC but I don't currently have a desire for it and I doubt I ever will. R* is full of ****.
