Wow you are way off on your comparisons. A mercedes costs anywhere from $40,000 to $1,000,000. While the most expensive Hyndaui is not even $40,000 dollars. For this comparison to work they would have to be the same price. Same thing with a Rollex and Timex. If they were the same price more people would buy a rolex.

MS paid a lot of money for Halo 3 advertising, it doesn't take a good game to sell a lot, it just takes marketing.

So next time a company decides to put a ton of money into advertising a game, it will sell as much as Halo 3.

he sold 3M in 1 DAY!!! even MGS4 sold only 1,4 in 2 days comper to him

even GTA still dont beat HALO 3 even in 2 consoles

well, DUH! halo 3 had like a bazillion dollar advertizement campaign. i fit was on freakin mountain dew i doubt many people would know when it would launch on day 1
