God this is a tuff one, I had so many good moments with gaming. Ice hockey on the NES with a friend = hours of fun. Games that had me glued... Tribes Diablo Unreal/UT Chrono Trigger FF VI and VII Skies of Arcadia There are more, but it gives you an idea
Megaman X games of X1-4 quality, Megaman Games, Earthbound and Mother 3 series games, Good RPG's that don't rely on "choice" (Dragon Age 1 being the exception), Quality Platformers that are too numerous to mention. And I wish Capcom would do some more Zelda games! Oracle of Ages/Seasons were so awesome it was crazy.
I miss sitting on my couch with my dad and two sisters playing 4 player split screen Blood Wake. That game had more problems than you could shake a stick at, but man when we all got together it was an absolute blast.

But now to the real old :P I'd take a new single player Phantasy Star game any day of the week - the first one was mah very first JRPG ever.

That would be my second choice after the Combat Flight Simulator series. I had Road Rash 3DO which was the definitive version for the other consoles that followed. I miss the game which is why I have my avatar from one of its stills.

Couldn't agree more and I spent many, many, many hours with RR and the very first Need for Speed - The 3DO wasn't as bad as some might think. :D
Seriously those 3 rebooted in all their glory, and road rash and desert strike with their music reinvisioned i think i would be happy.

Agreed and yeah, I dunno why the Strike series went away plus Test Drive 24 hour Lamanze was pretty phenom for it's time. :D
im talkin bout ye olde school test drive as in way back in the days of the megadrive xD
Ohh, hmm, I dunno which one it was and if I remember correctly, I think it was pub'ed by Sony :o but it had split screen play and my brother and I would play a bit but as I recall, we weren't too impressed with the actual driving mechanics. We had loads more fun with Virtua Racing. :P
Too many to mention, although one of my favorite games ever was Super Metroid and I never found anything like it until recently that I played Outland. That game is great, still no Super Metroid but it kind of made me feel a little bit like that again. Everyone should play Outland.
