Nov. purchase: COD: Advanced Warfare or Farcry 4?

With PlayStation 4's new feature share-play i'll ask some friends to share-play both games with me and see.. i'll make my decision on which game to get that way, trying out a game with no downloads or anything man i'll try share-play with every single game now ( since my friends list is full of people who buy games day 1 ).

FC4 obviously

I'm FC4 for sure day 1. Loved the last game. Still up in the air about AW though.

FC4 is definitely prioritized over COD

If both are good then I'll buy both. If both are bad then I won't buy either one.

you realize they have to remain online for that to work right? so either you co-op with them or they just sit and watch you play

@lostrib: Considering the lack of games with a co-op functionality, he'll just have to take over to try out the game. Or, if he was a good friend and respect the idea that his friends bought the game to play it, he would opt into simply watching his friend play.

Getting both. I think its really cool that if you buy the PS3 version of COD you get the PS4 version too. I wish all cross gen games were like that.

Duh obviously it requires both players to be online how else would such a feature work?

and yep thats the plan is to take control for few minutes playing while the host watches and in regards to CoD im going to assume it will add me the guest as a second controller when playing online which is fine by me ( assuming my screen will show a full screen and not split screen like how it normally is with a second controller in CoD ).

Far Cry 4 on the PC.....looks amazing

Call of Duty and The Master Chief Collection are my shooters for November. I'll probably get Far Cry 4 further down the line.

@chikenfriedrice: It will be great on the PC. The unimaginative power of the PC will propel the graphics beyond the imaginilibity of the consoles, because the PC is capable of doing that.

My brother already have CoD pre-ordered and pre-loaded and game sharing with me. So I'll wait for reviews for Far Cry 4, AC:Unity and Dragon Age. I'm in no rush in getting TMCC. I still haven't finished Shadow of Mordor (great game) and just got Sunset Overdrive (amazing). So I may wait it out until I complete these.

I have a busy month: I have CoD (just preordered it), Farcry, Dragon Age and Master Chief.

Far Cry 4.

I also have Advanced Warfare preordered, but after watching a live stream yesterday, i'm considering a cancelation. While not a fan of the series, i was up to give this one a chance, mostly for it's campaogn and coop modes (not a fan of the exagerated fast pacing in CoDs competitive mp). But seriously, the campaign looks as scriped as ever (probably more), and the coop mode, at least against bots, looks so bad and the ai so brain dead, that i lost any hope :p

I'm still waiting for reviews to decide.

Honestly, You're better off just getting FC3 for like 1 cent somewhere and get CoD. FC4 is just a reskinned FC3.

Aside from FC 2, Far Cry has always been decent. FC4 looks kind of cool. COD for the first time in years looks interesting again.

I don't think I'll get either right away though.

I'm waiting for a complete edition for Far Cry 4. Announcing preorder DLC before even showing the game just irks me the wrong way.

The game I'll get for sure next month is COH: Ardennes Assault

COD:AW is already downloaded and waiting on the 3rd to get here. Halo MCC is also a must have in November, and I kinda want WWE 2k15 so I have something to else to play with my sons, and now Sunset Overdrive looks like a game I wanna pick up. Way too many great games coming out I could really use a lull time in game releases lol

I'll be waiting for Xmas 2015 Steam sale to get Far Cry 4.

I'll probably just rent them both and be done with 'em in a few weeks.

It was actually quite good. I easily got 25+ hours out of the single player.

Easily Far Cry 4 since Far Cry 3 was great and I'm more into single player games, I really like an awesome campaign and not a rail shooter like COD. Not that I can't enjoy linear games but I think that most of the people who voted for COD did so because of the multiplayer.

Im passing on Cod (already have Destiny and Titanfall, getting advance warfare would be dumb since the mechanics are alike and game modes just as dull). Far Cry 4 would be the lesser of the evils I guess. The PS4 version looks interesting since you can invite up to 10 people to play online(so maybe you would buy COD and mooch Far Cry 4 off a friend).

Farcry 4, i like singleplayer games more and FC4 singleplayer is more fun than CoD.

I mean, if I had to pick one then Far Cry 4 is the easy choice.
