I already have psn+ and on the ps4 it will have all the features of live gold. So why get the xbox 1 ??

PS+ is cheaper than XBL gold.

PS+ gives you instant game library, 5 new games a month, discounts in the PSN store, online game save backup, it works on your account with all sony systems, full game trials, and more.

XBL gives you 2 games a month and thats it.

You cant even use netflix without having to buy XBL, atleast sony lets you use netflix and media services for free if you dont want to pay for PS+

I'm getting a PS4 before I get an Xbox One. maybe get an Xbox One down the road if it manages to have enough games to interest me and if I manage to have enough disposable income to be willing to spend on it, which I'm not too confident about. 

Well, that was the luxury I had this-gen was that I only paid for live and had free MP on the PSN. It's to early for me to tell who's going to offer the better service package next-gen...even though I don't plan on getting the X1 until there is a HUUUUUGE price drop.

Agreed, I don't think that MS is done but they made really easy for Sony next-gen.

Going to purchase a Playstation 4, I'm dissapointed by online multiplayer being hidden behind a paywall now. At least Playstation+ offers more value than Xbox Live, but I still would rather not have to pay for online.

One system is absolute shit while the other is pretty awesome.  I can live without the xbox exclusives.

And I'm still not happy Sony did this.  They had it perfectly on PS3.  Make it optional with a bunch of perks to the paid version.

I already have PS Plus, and if Microsoft continues the free games with sub. policy, I'll keep XBL as well.

And yes, I will buy both systems. PS4 at launch, and X1 when it hits the $400 sweet spot. 

Wii U when it hits the $300 the sweet spot.

Edit: Oh, and only a fool pays full price for XBL. I only paid about $45 buying a card from Amazon yesterday, with 800 free Microsoft points.

Me, however, I'll certainly buy a PS4 1st.

I'll probably get PS4 within 6 months or eariler within launch. I'm already a PSN+ member. I would only get single player games for XB1 if I really do decide to get it. I would only pay for online for 1 console. Paying for 2 plus ISP is just stupid.

Yep me too. So far the 3DS seems to have some great games. I will buy it when it gets a cheaper price. I'm not going to buy a PS4 because you have to pay for online and I own a PS3 and a PS2 and both had free online and now they want to do that for the PS4?

I have PSN+ but I didn't hear if they made a difference between $5 a month or $50 a year, giving the yearly payment a better deal.
